I order a large tots around 8:39 am and this what I got—this is unacceptable. This is not $4.21 worth of tots. On top of everything the employees have a bad attitude(Kelly). I will never be coming back to this location. I’m not a cheapskate but this is not right. I should have gone to Chick-fil-A across the street. Never again.

At first I went to one of the stalls and pushed the red button.Nothing ever happened.They should have a sign saying it doesn’t work. so I ordered my step online and went to one of the pickup stalls my food got here. It was awful, it was cold. It was gross, I opened app the burrito that I had ordered, and it looked like they just kind of haphazardly threw stuff in there. It was sickening, I will never come to this sonic again, I’ve had good luck with them, but not the one in superior. So I personally don’t suggest it, although they do have some good reviews, but I did not experience that

Waited for half an hour before leaving, they wouldn’t even answer the ordering thing we tried several times. Only one worker in the building and no customers. If they can’t serve one person how can they serve 8 or 9? Terrible service, terrible workers, better off closed. DO NOT come to this sonic

So sad this location was one of the best and just went down. Tonight we used the drive-in to order blast and the employee we got was so rude. Blonde hair with glasses kept saying she didn’t “understand” what we were saying. We speak perfect English. We also had asked for spoons and she responded with “what do you mean?” And looked at us stupid she eventually said they were in the bag which indeed they weren’t.

Genuinely the worst fast food place in the area. I found the plastic piece that holds the bag together for the buns in my hot dog. They weren’t even busy. Always skimping on the ingredients. I can’t imagine a worse business honestly

I gave them 2 stars because the price on the menu board isn’t what you’re being charged. And because they no longer give refills on the same visit. I paid more than what the meal was listed as and check out the pic of my weird colored hotdog. How old is a hotdog once it turns grey?

We order food that was discolored. It was unpleasant to find this after a bite but we didn’t take anymore. Returned food and got refund. Highly recommend to NOT come here!

No one answered the call button after several tries. We ordered online for pickup and never got our food. Food only came out after going to the window to ask for it. The meals came out cold and burger was not good at all.
