My wraps made no sense and it really had no chicken. I would not recommend. Even for the price of the food, it’s nothing like their pictures. I also got a rainbow slush to try but the colors were not separate from the red yellow and blue, it came purple. Well I was waiting on my food, I noticed a worker with their baby in with the food. I didn’t know it was safe for the baby or respectful for the customers. I won’t be eating the food tonight.

To start, I waited for over 5 minutes to be served. Then, when I moved to the next booth, the lights were turned off on me. Despite being there before another customer, they served him first and claimed it was a pickup order, which wasn’t true because I heard the customer place his order. When the employee walked outside, she failed to recognize me. After I informed Cody about the situation, he lied and said the customer had placed an order online. Only after I started recording with my phone did he agree to serve me. However, I was hesitant to accept the food since they were closing soon, and I didn’t want it rushed. Cody mentioned to ask for the manager for a credit, which added to the strange experience overall.

Best of luck on your order. Just go to Howard’s if it’s not Sunday. Asked for no tomatoes, got tomatoes. Bell hop was nice, asked if I wanted corrected, I couldn’t bother with a 5th time asking for my order.

Food wasn’t made right. They downsized our meal for no reason. Gave us none of the sauces we requested. They had us waiting for 15 minutes after a mobile order to find out that nothing had been made right

The food quality just isn’t what it used to be. I paid $6 for a foot long hotdog that was so salty noone wanted to eat it. Just too many disappointments at sonic these days

This sonic is actually good. Although none of the credit card machines work. The food is always nice and hot, tasty as well. Knocked 2 stars due to not being able to use my card at the kiosk.

I ordered online and checked in it said they were on their way. I waited about ten minutes before i hit the button to ask where my order was. After the humg up without giving me an explanation a lady walked out saying they are out of the onion ring that I ordered so i was like “so y’all just did Make it?” She apologized and asked if ide like some tots she instead of rings i said sure. She came back out a little later with my order and some raw tots. Ridiculous ‍♂️

37 minutes to get my order and it was COLD!!! I sent it back and the guy was rude. The order wasn’t worth eating.
Trashed it and went to DQ.

The manager of this location should be ashamed! Ordered on the app, all the same drinks just different sizes. Two smalls were missing the strawberry. Realized after my child drank some. I pushed the button and after 5 minutes with no response I called the store. Manager answered and sent someone out, she looked at my mobile receipt and the drinks and went back in to remake them. She immediately returned and requested the two drinks. I asked her would they be remaking them or adding to them. She told me the manager told her to get them and just add strawberry and mix it up. I informed her I had no issue returning the drinks but wanted the replacement first as it is unsanitary and disgusting to take food someone has had possession of for 10 minutes plus drank from back into your kitchen, open it and add to it, mix it up, then give it back to them. I’ve never worked in the food industry but I know how cross contamination and common sense work. The general manager should really have a word or two with this manager who prioritizes loss cost over customer safety and regulatory statues for food establishments.

11:49 lunch ordered, 12:05 “carhop on the way”, 12:15 food finally delivered. Ordered 2 unsweetened tea, 1 half n half…got 2 half and half, 1 unsweetened. Fries were cold. Ordered 2 sm blasts..forgot those, go in make them, first INCH has the blast mixer, remaining cup ALL VANILLA ICE CREAM. AND there was peanut butter cup in the Oreo one. Thank God no peanut allergies!! Sadly disappointed.
