I don’t give a 5 star lightly but…this place really deserves it!
They have a very nice selection of teas, tea accessories and little gift store as you walk in.
The food (tuna melt with salad) was by far the best I have had in a VERY long time. Toasted just enough with moist tuna (not soggy or mayo packed), light but filling and just a hint of tang from the cheese, and sourdough style bread. The salad was super fresh and had great adds ons.
If you love tea, they have a tea style lunch or tea party deal that includes all sorts of stuff (we will try it next time). I did try the market spice tea…just fantastic.
I was hands down…pleasantly surprised by this place. We left happy and full.
My only note is this; The service is friendly but doesn’t come around very often to check on you…or clear dishes.

We went to Bloom Boutique and Tea House for our company Christmas Lunch, and it was a great experience. Definitely one Lebanon’s top dining experiences if you like the finer things in life. While I’m a burger and a brew kind of guy, Bloom’s fine dining hits the spot. The tea is a whole experience in itself. Multiple varieties, warmers, cream, and a variety of sweeteners, brewed & steeped to perfection and served in tea cups your grandma would want on her shelves. I had a chicken panini with taco soup, and they made it spicier for me with some hot honey to accompany the strawberry jalapeño jam that comes on the sandwich. The hot honey was great, and ended up in the soup and tea as well. Definitely get hot honey for your tea if you like a little kick! Everyone enjoyed their food.
Bloom has a great atmosphere, and the boutique store front creates a privacy barrier between the dining area and the open storefront in the heart of Lebanon’s historic downtown. I would love some more hearty meal options, but the menu is outstanding if you enjoy fine-dining. Bring your wife on Valentine’s Day, your mom on Mother’s Day, and whenever you want a fantastic upscale experience in Lebanon.

Rare is the occasion I would travel ~90 minutes to visit an establishment, but for good food, great atmosphere, and fantastic service, or some combination of these, I can make an exception.
Bloom Teahouse meets all 3 of these standards. Not only is the food delicious, it is well presented with a plethora of options, from sandwiches, pastries, soups, to name a few things, befitting a restaurant that serves high tea. The overall theme takes after Parisian style dining, with floral interior, comfortable lighting, and great ambient music so guests can enjoy catching up with each other over a hot pot of tea or glasses of wine. Additionally, without fail since coming here, I have been welcomed warmly by both the staff and the owner.
For my part, as a student, I find this location to be a wonderful place to enjoy a pot of tea for myself while studying for tests or reading a book. This location has single-handedly given me an appreciation for tea and I have brought my collection of loose-leaf teas from here ever since.
This only covers the things I personally experienced for myself. This teahouse also hosts a variety of events I frequently hear about: personal celebrations (wedding receptions, baby showers) live performances featuring actors in costume (Disney Princesses tea parties, Burlesque shows, murder mysteries), and special holiday dining experiences (Mother’s Day, holiday themed shows like Barbie and the Nutcracker). While sitting in the teahouse yesterday, I overheard multiple reservations for Valentine’s Day dinner with full course meals and live jazz performances before the event was officially posted, demonstrating how popular these events tend to be.
In short, highly recommend visiting this establishment, talking to the people who work here, and experiencing the best of what a teahouse can offer.

Last week my office treated us to a Christmas lunch at Bloom Boutique and Tea House. Such a charming tea shop! The adorable boutique up front immediately sets the tone, and the food absolutely lives up to it. From baked goods to salads and sandwiches, everything feels thoughtfully made. I had the salmon croissant with a side salad, and it was delicious. It feels fancy without being intimidating—warm, welcoming, and absolutely worth a visit.

Took my granddaughter and two of her friends, college age, for high tea. We all dressed up and wore lacy gloves. The tables were beautifully set, all the little lights set a sparkly scene. The high tea was wonderful and the young ladies enjoyed it so much. The food was wonderful. So many kinds of tea to select from. We felt we had a real tea experience! I cant recommend it highly enough. I have returned 4 more times since my first review, each time with different groups. I continue to highly recommend Bloom Boutique and Tea house. It is 25 mile drive from my home and is absolutely worth the drive each time. So glad I found this treasure!

We held our annual Sisterhood Retreat at Bloom Boutique and Teahouse and the event was amazing! The venue is so gorgeous and the decorations were perfect. Not to mention the food was out of this world!!! The owner was so kind and accommodating of any food allergies as well. Our ladies had the most amazing time and took so many cute pictures.
