This is the second time I ordered the chicken Mediterranean with double chicken and have received literally one piece of chicken that I can visibly see. Very frustrating to pay extra for something and receive even less than I would get for the standard portion size.

Used to be a fan of Panera but the last few times I went it was a waste of time and money. Placed an online order and when I went to pick it up what I ordered was ‘sold out’ but my app told me my order was ready for pick up?? Like if it’s sold out don’t accept my order then? And the time before that they gave me the wrong soup and I ended up with food poisoning after eating it. Not only that but they almost always forget my bread how tf do u forget it almost every time?! Anyways haven’t ordered since and definitely never will again. 2 thumbs down.

The girl at the drive threw window needs to be let go. I’m a huge fan of panera. I visit the shelton location daily and occasionally visit this one. Sadly, every single time I go I have an a counter with the girl in the Milford location. The first time about two weeks ago she told me that my subscription was not active. Meanwhile, I’m able to pull it up on my phone and redeem a drink by placing a Mobile order on my phone. Today she tried to tell me that the Bubbley Lime has been discontinued?! She clearly reads retraining or to be let go completely. There’s no hope for her.

The service was great, the place looked clean, good spacing of tables , our order of roast beef , turkey , chips and coffee were all excellent but 2 hours later i had bad stomach cramping and 2 episodes of diarrhea… I had the roast beef,my friend had the turkey, he was fine but i was not. The beef was bad i think . Cramping lasted until i slept, i was fine in the morning . This was Feb 22 Tuesday, we were there from 345 to 445ish.

I bought chicken noodle soup bowl size to go. When I got home, there was barely noodle and chicken in it, maybe only 1/6 of the bowl. The rest was just broth. I paid $6.99 for chicken broth! I didn’t know I had to check my soup before I leave the restaurant! I never do anywhere else. It seems you have to do it in this Panera bread!
