The manager of this location should be ashamed! Ordered on the app, all the same drinks just different sizes. Two smalls were missing the strawberry. Realized after my child drank some. I pushed the button and after 5 minutes with no response I called the store. Manager answered and sent someone out, she looked at my mobile receipt and the drinks and went back in to remake them. She immediately returned and requested the two drinks. I asked her would they be remaking them or adding to them. She told me the manager told her to get them and just add strawberry and mix it up. I informed her I had no issue returning the drinks but wanted the replacement first as it is unsanitary and disgusting to take food someone has had possession of for 10 minutes plus drank from back into your kitchen, open it and add to it, mix it up, then give it back to them. I’ve never worked in the food industry but I know how cross contamination and common sense work. The general manager should really have a word or two with this manager who prioritizes loss cost over customer safety and regulatory statues for food establishments.

Unfortunately they don’t know how to properly prepare a strawberry cream slush . After communicating multiple times the young lady finally took our order. Once order was delivered it was a “strawberry slush”. We kindly told car-hopper then to only have all three orders all incorrectly prepared. They were very unsweet and not enough of cream NOR slush; needless to say we didn’t enjoy them. Next time in town, will have to settle for Dairy Queen, can never go wrong with a blizzard.

I ordered online and checked in it said they were on their way. I waited about ten minutes before i hit the button to ask where my order was. After the humg up without giving me an explanation a lady walked out saying they are out of the onion ring that I ordered so i was like “so y’all just did Make it?” She apologized and asked if ide like some tots she instead of rings i said sure. She came back out a little later with my order and some raw tots. Ridiculous ‍♂️

Absolutely horrible. Went 3 days in a row and waited 20-30 minutes each visit for no one to take my order. I watched the button literally reset itself.. I could understand if they were busy but watching people dance inside with 5 customers in the parking lot doesn’t sound like great customer service.. I will not recommend anyone to visit this location and I will never return here. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more horrible staff of employees in my entire life. They should all be fired and replaced asap.

It’s good if you like cold food. I ordered the #7, and everything came out cold. I ordered a Route 44 blue coconut slush, and it was a route 44 cup of ice with a hint of blue coconut lol. I’m just going to throw this stuff away and go to McDonald’s. I made a mistake coming here.

Poor service, had to jump from stall to stall to find one that actually worked. Once we did find one that would work it took an hour for the food to come out only for it to be completely wrong. The burgers had little to none of condiments that was supposed to be on it and it was cold. The fries and tots had to have been cooked many hrs prior to me ordering… This place one ups the Kermit tx location of being the worst sonic I’ve ever been too…

The service here has gone so far down hill,, it’s under ground… the owners must be proud of the incompetent people they hire… can’t even get a single drink order right… and no straws.. I had the chili cheese fries, was sick for a week.. DO NOT EAT HERE

Can never get your order right and the burgers were cold i asked for more chili and cheese on my tator tots took them 5 minutes to bring them back to just have less tator tots they made a whole new one when i just asked for more chili and cheese bc it was practically dry never again.

On our travels through the lone star state we stopped at this Sonic at around 4:00 pm. We ordered two small Reese’s blasts (they were out of mini cups so we had to go with a small). Apon arrival of our blasts we were saddened as the blasts were not filled to the level that we are accustomed to- it lacked two inches from being full. However to our delight when we pointed out the missing I’ve cream to out server, Xander, he immediately took it back and corrected the order.
