They suck at making drinks! I ALWAYs ask for EZ ice and every time I get my drink, it’s full to the brime of ice. I’ve started to hand back my drinks until it’s made correctly. Food is usually fresh and hot. Sonic also needs to get their ordering screens in better working order.

I have gone here for years. I went the other day and ordered my meal which I specified as large. I paid and added a $2 tip. When my food was brought to me it was a medium. I politely said that it was wrong. The young lady said its what I have and walked off. I left full but I was left awestruck by the rudeness and lack of service. Ill definitely seek other places in the future thanks to her.

I ordered through the app today. I went to pick it up. I punched the red button and it said it was activated. I waited and waited. Nobody ever answered or asked what I wanted. It was hot. I didn’t want to get out and walk over to ask about my order. I just backed out and went to Taco Villa. Their burgers are better anyway. Sonic has gone way down. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

I figured I’d give it another try today, usually don’t go to Sonic cause they have mediocre food, but it’s what the kids wanted. Thank you for the half full gravy with a French fry already in it. Thank you for the watered down slush (It was all liquid by the time I got home). Thanks for the hair in my child’s food. Thanks for the burnt chicken strips. I really don’t think I will be returning after this go around. Idk why I thought it would be any different today. Good job Andrews Sonic you were terrible a few years ago and are still terrible yet still open. I don’t understand.

Service was fast but my meal was sloppy. My boneless wings where everywhere and had soggy fries mixed all in with Buffalo sauce where they where obviously cooked together. Asked for easy ice and got the opposite maybe a mistake but my time was very limited to correct it.

The clerk taking our order had a hard time hearing us, which caused a few misunderstandings. I requested mustard and no mayo, but I got my chicken sandwich dry. We also requested easy ice on all drinks, and we got full ice. These are small things that really didn’t stop us from eating or drinking.
