My family and I drove in from El Paso to attend the UIL Area Marching Band Contest. I parked, ordered 5 combos through the mobile app and our food was out in about 10 minutes. Everything was freshly made and our order was correct! This doesn’t happen too often back home. Thanks for the great experience.

I had ordered a milkshake , the young man that brought me my shake , try handing me a cup with a sticky mess on the outside of the cup and apologized for the mess. Come on manager’s train the new kids correctly… the young man went back inside wiped down the cup , I told him he needs to be a lot more courteous to his customers, to treat others as he wants to be treated.

4th of July abt 2 pm “we pressed the red button” (twice) there was abt 7 cars and we noted two different carhop employees but we never even got to place our order..left after waiting 25 minutes to not even get to place an order & went to Wendy’s where we placed our order AND paid AND got the food within 10 minutes…

After parking in 2 different spots trying to find an intercom that worked, I received my food only to realize I was missing a burger. Not one to complain usually, but is it impossible to block off the intercoms that don’t work?

They suck at making drinks! I ALWAYs ask for EZ ice and every time I get my drink, it’s full to the brime of ice. I’ve started to hand back my drinks until it’s made correctly. Food is usually fresh and hot. Sonic also needs to get their ordering screens in better working order.

Yesterday, I went to sonic with my 3 kids. After I ordered, and they gave me my food, I went to pay but I had brought the wrong card (it was an old deactivated card). I was so embarrassed. I asked about the tap and go pay but they didn’t have that. I was trying to contact my husband to get his card numbers so they could manually enter it and he wasn’t answering.
I was extremely embarrassed to say the least.
That’s when a male employee (I wish I caught his name) came out and said “don’t worry about it, you are good to go. Enjoy the rest of your day.” I guess the manager said that they will take care of it.
This is such a big deal to me. This tells me that they aren’t in the business of just making money but feeding families and taking care of their community.

This was my first visit to this Sonic location. The fries were Good. The strawberry slush was Great! The service was really fast and customer service was good too! Unfortunately my only negative was the burger was definitely made and packaged before my arrival. The bun was wet and shrunk up in the foil wrapper. I will give them one more chance in the future other than lunchtime hours.

I have gone here for years. I went the other day and ordered my meal which I specified as large. I paid and added a $2 tip. When my food was brought to me it was a medium. I politely said that it was wrong. The young lady said its what I have and walked off. I left full but I was left awestruck by the rudeness and lack of service. Ill definitely seek other places in the future thanks to her.
