They should just close this location. EVERY SINGLE TIME we come here they mess up our order. And I do mean every time. We got a large order and they messed it up twice. After my sister in law said “we’re still missing items” the manager (?)basically bullied her into just leaving. What a pathetic excuse for a manager if he is. Guess what? She got home and we were in fact still missing items. It took so long that by the time they got home (5 min away) all of the burgers were completely soggy and BTW they were all wrong. Every single one. I have worked in food service for over a decade from the bottom to the top. Maybe they aren’t paid enough to care? I’m sure that’s the case, but the service, food and customer relations here are woefully underwhelming. Let’s bulldoze this place and bring something better in. Don’t waste your money here. Btw it was $75 for wrong, cold, sad food.

The food was very off tasting and stale for the burger, chicken strips, and tots. Service was good, and the Strawberry Limeade was very good. That’s why I am giving them 3 stars. No stars off for this, but they do not serve gravy anymore with their chicken strips. Apparently this happened a while back, but we very rarely eat at Sonic. I am very very disappointed.

Very disappointed in this store …I just started today 8/12/2023 I lasted 2 hours and could not take it anymore with the condition of the store food was not properly prepared and stored in a sanitary way I refused to participate in working there. food was on the floor from the night before raw eggs stored in a pot on top of the MEAT CABINET and fry grease was not good at all I’ve been around this store for more than 15 years and this is by far the worst I have seen in it.its very sad that the public is being served food from this kitchen when I confronted the management over the condition I was told it would be up to ME to change it …it is not up to me and me only its the management that has failed to maintain a safe and sanitary work place.i love working for sonic and do enjoy my job when I work at ANY sonic but I will not perticipate in putting peoples health at risk I have family and friends who live in giddings and do not recommend them eating there.i dont recommend the anyone eating there

Spaces seemed smaller??? Some of the food was good but my chicken slider – bun was so hard I literally couldn’t bite through it (just took it off), the chicken was tiny and super tough!

Just sent my husband over to the Sonic Drive-In in Giddings for my usual drink and chili cheese fries. My drink was fine, but my chili cheese fries tasted off and it wasn’t until I almost broke my tooth on them that I had realized why.. There was a huge rock like glob of what I am guessing was old grease and fries.. Disgusting. I immediately threw up and threw the rest out!! Has always been one of my favorite fast food places, but I will never return to the Giddings location.
