Absolutely disgusting. I also ordered a sprite with strawberry fruit added and they added lime fruit and lime flavoring. Took the girl 10 minutes just to go inside and remake the drink. Then asked for a cheese cup for pretzel and she took out 5 different trays to people before finally bringing the cheese cup. AWFUL!!!!

9/17/25- Mobile ordered. My food was given to the wrong car. I was given their order. Of course the other car drove off immediately after getting a big order when they only ordered 2 items. My husband’s order was missing food. My order took a total of 40 minutes to be brought out and of course, it was made wrong.
I know they didn’t know a 3 year old was going to be eating one of these but that’s beside the point… the food was AWFUL. I ordered food at 7:15p ish and didn’t get it until 8:00p.

Two days in a row. Asked for light ice. Even reiterated that vehemently today. What did I get? A $4.50 cup of ice with a little bit of drink in it. They have an issue taking instructions. I also ordered a whip cream pup cup and a small cup of water. No pup cup. I had to send the nice young lady back to get a whipped cream pup cup. They have gotten better at answering the red button in a timely manner, but Giddings kids are rude. And they have the customer service of an African safari predator.

After twenty minutes brought us three different frozen shakes that were almost completely melted. They didn’t know which flavor was which and insisted that frozen shakes are never frozen. They said if we wanted frozen we needed to order a blast. Never go to this place. The property was not well kept and looked sort of grungy. We gave them back their shakes and left.

By far worst sonic I’ve ever been to. This one in giddings is absurd. I just left there. Ordered 2 drinks and 2 orders of fries. That was it. 42min later and still nothing came out! Thank gid I was paying cash and didn’t use card and waste money. Buzzed in twice to get update. All they said was sorry and they were short staffed. Get your shit together Sonic. 40 min?! Someone needs to be fired or do something. Been going down hill there for years.

Service is always good, employees are nice but the last 2 times I have gotten my sonic blast the toppings were only mixed in the first inch or two and very light with the toppings, every other location I get the same blast and its mixed to the bottom. Kinda disappointing that’s its such a small amount and only in the first few bites then its just a cup of ice cream
