This Sonic in Uvalde has always been one of our stops going from Castroville to Del Rio and back. It has been our routine ever since it was constructed. I don’t know what the issue was but as for my drink, a route 44 ice tea, tea with no sugar is my standard. Got the drinks, was about to pull out of the parking lot, and when I took a sip, it was Sweet Tea. OK, a simple error. Drove around, explained that I ordered a tea with No Sugar, they gave me another, again as I was about to pull out of the parking lot and AGAIN… Another Sweet Tea! I made my 3rd attempt to get this order correct, I stopped at the door and explained the problem again, yes it was corrected but to have to try 3 times to get my order was Extremely Frustrating! I just hope who ever is taking the order pays better attention since I’m sure many many travelers go thru this Sonic Location. I hope my next visit is so complicated.

Terrible experience, ordered online. Menu board read Angelita was on her way with my order for my son and I, 4 minutes passed. Still no order, I paged them, they then said they were out of hotdogs, but would substitute something, my son said Chicken poppers or something like that. She said okay, then came out with just a burger we ordered, no drinks, then a few minutes later with drinks and said they just refunded the hotdogs. Ended up at Whataburger.

A good place to go for a cold drink and good food. Though I do wish considering how hot it gets that the playground have a overhang or some kind of sun canopy. Other than that we had great service and my family had a good time.

Only stopped today for tea so I’ll have to update this once I’ve eaten. I’ve just moved into the area and was excited to find such a spectacular Sonic. Wow, a full sized volleyball sand court was certainly not expected. It sure will be nice to have Covid-19 under control so they’ll open it.

Last night (Christmas Day) I went with what seemed all of uvalde to get food for the family, and through some mishaps my large order was given to another patron.. the manager Jaden (hope I spelled it right) was magnificent, she was kind and attentive not overwhelmed by everything happening around her. She completely took charge and personally helped me right away! She is a blessing to the store and its owners. She made a very bad situation, a great one!
