Feel like they changed something related to their fries, I liked them much better on previous trips, tasted ‘off’ this visit.

I’ve been eating at Bruchis for over 20 years and its always been my go to sandwich shop. Over the last few years I’ve seen a pretty sharp decline in quality. The sandwiches still taste good but the value for amount of food you get has been bad. The only way to describe the sandwiches as of late have been to call them “extremely skimpy.” If things don’t change quickly, I’m pretty sure my family will all be looking elsewhere.

The burgers were great, as were the fries, however, the fries were full of short pieces . The atmosphere was okay. There were three of us trying to have a conversation, but the music was too loud. Hopefully, these issues might improve as l expect to return.

This location is vastly superior to the Richland location as far as the quality of my food. Our sandwiches were tasty and the meal was reasonably priced for the large filling portion sizes. The service was decent, my only complaint was that the restaurant was somewhat dirty. Tables needed wiped and the floor had food and napkins scattered about. I have tried the toasted “veggie” sub which is enjoyable, but I prefer the cold version more. I love how loaded with veggies it is compared to other places (LTO, but also broccoli, zucchini, & mushrooms). The cheese sandwich is another good vegetarian choice, and it has an absurb amount of cheese (unlike the sad little slices Subway uses at a higher price). The fries are crispy and plentiful (and they have an excellent fry sauce). My husband really loves the burgers from here as well.

Can’t judge the place too accurately as they were slammed and short staffed it seemed. Great food. Great sauce, and all the employees were lovely!
The workers were amazing but the food took too long to come out. Judging that accurately on the ratings. Still a must stop by.

All of the Bruchi’s in the Tri-Cities are consistently good. No matter which one I’ve gone to (there are 4), the food is great, service is friendly and quick and the restaurant is clean. I used to always order the Malibu chicken sandwich meal, but have recently switched to o the impossible burger with Swiss and mushrooms. It’s made me a believer that plant based is better than beef burgers. The fry sauce is so delicious and I love the crinkle cut fries…so yummy!

After my take-out order today, that stupid glitter they have spread all over their floor this time of year is now all over my car floormat and living room carpet. Why do you need glitter on your restaurant floor? NOT cool. WON’T be eating there again until maybe well after the holiday season…

Although we have always loved Bruchis, the Gage store is off the table! We waited 17 minutes in the drive through just to get home and see that the fries were cold and they charred my burger! I called them and they said i would have to come back, that night, for a refund or recooking the food. I worked all day, but had to drive back. The manager said she would not compensate me for the time/gas/inconvenience. And to top it off, I asked for more fry sauce and she said no! I couldn’t believe it! I talked to the general manager on Monday and he said he would contact the owner and get back to me. I haven’t heard back. This customer service is shameful. I’ll try to attach the picture of my buyer. It was not edible because it was so burnt
