Upon entering the facility, we were not greeted or spoken to at all by the staff member at the register, to the contrary she seemed annoyed that we were there. She didn’t ask us what we wanted and when I ordered the only thing she said was, “Do you want bacon or cheese?” The floors had food and napkins scattered about, only took one photo, but it was all throughout the restaurant. Most of the tables had stuff spilled on them. The cashier also showed this same attitude to the next two people in line behind us. Very unimpressed with the customer service. The food itself was fair, but the burger patty tasted dry as if it was in a warmer for several hours and if the lobby is that dirty, it makes me wonder about the kitchens cleanliness where no one can see.

Not sure what happened but since they moved/built this new one, the service went straight down. Went there twice. First time was fine. Second time I went through the drive through. Got home and couldn’t believe how wrong the order was. I didn’t think it was possible to mess up this bad. It’s like the lady at the drive through wasn’t even listening. Also for some reason on the kids sandwiches they scraped out all of the inside of the bread. So it was left with a shell. I’m not sure if that was on purpose or they were trying to be funny?

New or remodeled? Not sure, but either way they have things figured out. Great food, which can’t be said about every Bruchi’s location. Lovely people, fresh and fun atmosphere.

I have never ate here before and decided to buy lunch for my work group. I ordered online I paid I even gave a tip and it says pick up at 12:35. I arrive at 12:40 they’re all standing around looking at each other like where’s her food. 10 minutes past she tried to tell me that they’re making french fries. Another 10 minutes past I see people’s orders going out with french fries. They never made my sandwiches. When they finally figured it out they had not made anything so another 15 minutes went past 1:00 before I got that 12:35 order. Then I didn’t know which sandwich was what because they all looked alike and they weren’t really marked. Never again

Ordered online. 12 inch steak sandwich and crispy fries. The sandwich had barely any meat on it and the bun was very dry. Fries were barley cooked let alone crispy.

Love the place! Burgers are amazing! Subs are amazing as well. But man those burgers! Loves, Chicken Malibu, cold Hawaiin, burgers! But don’t forget the pound of fries! Feeling soupy….broccoli cheddar soup! They covered all bases here!

Price is decent, sandwich was good (had the philly). Fry sauce was too runny. Not a very satisfying kids menu. Kids have like 3 options that none sound intresting. Atmosphere was sweet! Loved having the phone outlets at every table and the big garage door windows are a neat trend for the summers! Sports on the TV even! Larger sandwiches are a little over priced. All in all, I would give it 5 stars if you fix the kids menu and add better condiments. I take my kids everywhere so we need to cater to them as well as the adults

Every time I come to this bruchis the staff always seem to get the order wrong. Went in there today and told the lady on the drive through 3 times about what I wanted and they still got it messed up. I’ve come here at least 4 other times and they’ve messed up a burger. But today I went in after finding my order messed up and had to explain what was wrong with the order several times. I don’t know what was hard to under stand a burger with ONLY cheese on it and a burger with everything but cheese.
