My mom and I went to this Sonic for a quick bite. Little did we know, that we would soon be blessed with FANTASTIC customer service provided to us by a sweet kind soul named, Ethan. Ethan was incredibly generous, friendly, and really boosted the atmosphere of the establishment. Ethan gave us our food very quickly, was very polite, and really made us feel comfortable and valued as customers.

Ethan was absolutely amazing, we gave him a good review on our Sonic Survey, but words could not describe the quality customer experience we were given. Ethan really changed our lives, we need more people like Ethan to work in Sonic establishments because workers that prioritize their quality work, really symbolizes the true face of the Sonic franchise.

I’m not the one to complain I have gone to this sonic plenty of times and usually it’s okay, get the same thing every single time.
Last two days that have been careless.
Yesterday asked for the small American hotdog everything in it but relish , they brought me my food and it was a foot long hot dog with just mustard and ketchup and the hot dog was broken into pieces.
Came to get another small hotdog today no relish , got my hot dog but was covered in relish, and I asked for crispy fries which came out crispy but cold.
The lady who brought me my food was careless and was quick to walk away , when she handed me the bag the hot dog was lopsided, careless on handling the food and how the hotdogs sit in the bag. Very disappointed the last few times I’ve been.

I felt bad for coming in right before they closed (almost midnight ), I gave Dallas a $2 bill for bringing me my order, he seemed so excited about it, it made me happy. I love when people are so friendly even when it’s so late

The other workers at the other sonic are pretty openly irritated when I come in late (understandably!) no hate to them, but I had to leave a good review here because I really appreciated his good attitude!

This is the friendliest Sonic I have ever been to. I go here a lot but there is someone named Tyler who takes our order and I can’t help but laugh. I had a bad day the other day and he just cheered me up so amazing. My friend loved her milkshake! Thanks Tyler for making our day so much better. I really recommend going to this sonic for not only their food but their atmosphere.

Ordered a strawberry cheesecake master shake. And it was just vanilla ice-cream with a little strawberry fruit bits in it. It had a cherry at the bottom of my cup. So won’t be going there again for a strawberry cheesecake shake lol

I ordered me and my son some food on the sonic app and when I arrived to pick up the order I my sons bacon on his order was burned along with other issues but all I complained about was wanting fresher bacon for his burger. I originally asked Manager (Micayla O’brien) and was told to hold on.. then seconds later I was denied the request by a manager (Keno Sunderlan) said” the bacon is not burnt and there’s nothing we can do for you” then walked away before I could even respond. Then was upset that I wanted a refund. I then went to the door to ask for a refund and was stopped and said I could come inside because I was “not an employee. (Marissa Molina) tried to intervene but was ignored.

I dont usually have an issue at this sonic but recently i had an incident with the cheese cups that go with the pretzels. I ordered 2 and both of the cheese cups were rubbery and really really nasty looking. Called to let them know.

The other sonic in town (Guadalupe) decided to close 20 minutes early for no reason and to not do their jobs.

These guys were the complete opposite. GREAT attitudes, GREAT work ethic. Thank you so much, I’ll only use this sonic in town now!!
