We used to love to grab food from here, but the last three times in a row, something has been wrong— sandwiches not plain and dry as requested, completely wrong drinks, or no extra sauce when we paid for extra sauce and the receipt reflects the charge. I understand mistakes happen sometimes, but it shouldn’t happen every time. I’m not sure what has changed, but we probably won’t be back for a while.

Went through the drive through placed an order for the #1 combo person taking order kept trying repeating my or for 2 combos I kept saying No just one order with a extra drink git to window to pick up order girl at the window kept rolling her eyes was given 1 drink let her know I had 2 drinks .she handed me my order i said thank you she just closed the window I wait for her to open the window again I told her I said thank you she just looked at me and closed the window again.

It really doesn’t get any better than Canes! The chickenand fries were hot and fresh and the sauce(still bath worthy)! 🙂 We went through the drive thru the service was top notch! Great snack to get us to our final destination on our travels! Keep up the great service and even better tasting chicken!
