Yesterday around 10:15 PM I went to sonic. The whole experience was so horrible. My fires were cold. I ordered the 399 bundle and when I got it I was disappointing because they literally burnt the toast which is so disgusting and the shakes that I got was watery. This is my first time in years going to sonic and it was the worst experience.

Stopped in for a quick bite. I noticed the strawberry shortcake snowball float, so I decided to try it OMG It was so delicious. Loved the thicknesses of it. The combination was a great choice. I love the fact I made it home a little later than expected, and it still held up except for the whip topping in which is expected on heat, but it didn’t even matter I loved it! I don’t know if there is a manager on site. There was a worker standing in the middle of the parking lot entrance when I pulled in. We almost hit him. Another what looked like a hop just standing outside the store. The screen said my food was ready and then stopped. So that means someone scanned my order and just decided to let it sit there another 15 minutes because I still don’t have it. Find a new hiring manager maybe?

They rush people when ordering. As soon as you say “#1” they are already asking is that all. Slow down and let people order. Over the last year it has went down and they lost so much business. Then if you didn’t get something you ordered; 3 people come out questioning you about it. Like damn if it wasn’t for my child I wouldn’t have cared.

I never buy food from here because it always has something out of order and the managers could care less. The other night I bought a drink and it spilled out of the cup holder because the lid was not placed correctly, the managers response was she could not replace my drink because I had already touched it. I had to buy another drink.

Ordered through the app. Waited 20 minutes, pressed the button for assistance. Was told bluntly, “We have the order”—nothing else said. In another 5 minutes, the order was delivered. The ice cream blasts were melting on top, and there was no spoon provided—only straws. The fries were cold. The restaurant was not busy when we were there.

Gave me half eaten incorrect food and argued with me for 10 minutes about how they couldn’t refund my money . I had to ask that the gm be called and then magically they said I would receive the refund . So disgusting. Never ever again .

Ordered through the app, hoping to make it simpler. Arrived at designated time and checked in. Other customers seemed to be getting out their cars to go get their food and leaving, which was strange. Gave it a good ten-fifteen minutes and then pressed button for assistance. Was told they’d be right out. Couple minutes later they came out with our ice cream cones upside down, melted in cups and ran off when we tried to ask why. If we were late, I’d understand. If it was busy, I’d understand. Neither was the case. Here’s to hoping it was just an off day…
