I placed an online order and came out at my requested pickup time since I was on my break. I accidentally ordered a regular cherry limeade instead of a slush. Even though it was my mistake, the employee working around 10 PM was kind enough to remake it for me. I didn’t catch her name, but I really appreciated her help. Great customer service!

Absolutely terrible. The red buttons don’t work.Most of the screens aren’t working. Employees would rather spend ten minutes talking with their friends carside than take care of customers. Had to move to multiple stalls just to get anyone to respond. Only thing going for them is ice and I wouldn’t trust that if this is how they operate. Sonic is definitely on the decline.

Yeah I’m never coming back to this Sonic ever again and I would recommend avoiding it as well. This location is SLOW! On a recent visit I had only ordered a drink and a sonic blast. I waited over 30 minutes before I had to get out of my car and go inside and ask where my order was and the first response was “there are only 3 of us working”. And that is when they told me they had run out of some ingredient for the blast. Why did it take 30 minutes to tell me that? Even when they did “find” the ingredients, the blast toppings were stale. So not only did I have to wait awhile and make the effort to get an update, the quality was bad.
There were a number of customers waiting outside that I briefly talked to that had been sitting around for awhile wondering where their order was. This location needs to get it’s act together. If I wasn’t already tired of waiting for so long I would have requested a refund on the food.

This Sonic truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The manager, along with ray-linn, John, and Crystal, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were professional, friendly, and welcoming, which immediately made our visit feel special.
The food was fresh, hot, and delicious — exactly what you hope for when you stop at Sonic. What made the experience even better was how happy my kids were. They left with smiles on their faces, which says it all.
I have visited many Sonic locations, but this one stands out as the best I’ve ever been to. The teamwork, the service, and the quality of the food all make it clear that this Sonic takes pride in what they do.
If you’re looking for the best Sonic in town, this is absolutely the one to go to. Highly recommended!

On February 4th I went to this location and received a moldy burger I did not notice and I ate a good portion of it. I texted the complaint number which is totally useless and I still have not gotten an apology or a refund for that burger. I’m still waiting for a resolve for this issue

I simply ordered a small tot and a medium drink and it took over 10 minutes for anyone to even make the order. This is ridiculous that this has happened. Jacob Rodriguez was very cold and making tons of excuses. When I then stated that I will place a review then he said he try’s to make it right with his customers. I stated to him “how”? He didn’t apologize or anything. This is crazy! Worst establishment I have encountered.

My drink arrived quickly, after checking in, in the stall from my mobile order. The car hop who delivered the drink was polite.
My sweet tea/lemonade balance was perfect!
The location was very clean. It can accommodate more than 25 vehicles at once. However, the location is on a busy traffic pattern and doesn’t stand out on the road.

I ordered ahead on the Sonic app, but when I arrived the carhop told me they were out of one of the items I paid for. I asked for a refund, but he said he didn’t know how to process it and told me to call corporate. From my car, I called corporate and was told they don’t issue refunds — only coupons. They first offered one coupon for a small side (far less than what I paid), then two coupons after I pushed back, but I still have not received anything.
At this point I’m out money and received nothing in return. It’s disappointing, frustrating, and feels unfair. Poor customer service both in-store and through corporate. Sadly, after this experience, I won’t be returning to Sonic again.

Stopped in for a quick bite. I noticed the strawberry shortcake snowball float, so I decided to try it OMG It was so delicious. Loved the thicknesses of it. The combination was a great choice. I love the fact I made it home a little later than expected, and it still held up except for the whip topping in which is expected on heat, but it didn’t even matter I loved it! I paired it with a grilled cheese double burger and tots. The grilled double burger was enough. I didn’t need those tots lol. The sandwich was delicious and pretty large. I shared it with my bf

I purchased a foot-long coney for $5.83. It tasted disgusting, the wiener was hard and tasted odd. The chili was salty. Needless to say it went into the trash, the whole thing! This was a waste of money and I would not recommend.
