Once again, Sonic has failed. I paid extra for onions and jalapeños, and they weren’t added to my order. The food took a long time to come out—even after I tipped. To make it worse, we received no napkins. When I mentioned it, the response was, “Y’all didn’t ask for none.” Customers shouldn’t have to ask for napkins—every other place includes them in to-go orders by default.

I think I’m officially done with Sonic. This isn’t just a one-time mistake—it’s happened at multiple locations. If you can’t get orders right, treat customers with respect, and provide the basics, your business is bound to start shutting down.

One star. And honestly, if I could give zero, I would. Do not go to Sonic. Horrible experience.

It’s just sonic, but no one there is ever very friendly once you meet them at the window. Also, twice I’ve ordered a cherry vanilla Dr Pepper and both times it just tasted like a Dr pepper. Still the best ice and cups in town.

It is really sad that the people here just are very rude. When trying to order you have to repeat yourself over and over. And then when you speak up to speak clearly they then start yelling. I have had this happen couple of times. I asked for ketchup with my tater tots and they now charge .20 cent a pack. So ketchup no longer comes with your combos. And I did not even get napkins nor a fork with my coney. So could not even eat my food til later. So sad do better.

This is the second time I’ve had a very negative experience at this Sonic in Kyle on Veteran’s Drive, and unfortunately it was again due to the same carhop attendant. Her name tag read Danielle.

Both visits, her attitude was extremely rude and dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but when the same behavior happens more than once, it becomes a pattern.

Customer service is a big part of why people choose to return, and this experience has made me think twice about coming back. I hope management addresses this so future customers don’t have the same experience.

What happened to Sonic? Their food was crap. Got a double smash burger, get it home and it has meat and bread. No cheese , no pickles, no sauce. The double cheese burger tasted old and burnt. I’ll just stick with their drinks and eat elsewhere.

Four months ago you could get good food out of this location. I called to ask what appended and I was told they are not allowed to serve correct portions anymore. Expectation verses reality in the photos; I didn’t alter anything. This is how it was served. I didn’t pic the rest of the meal. But it was the same. And for the sixth time they didn’t complete the order. And didn’t get it correct. Truly sad, I wish I could get Sonic in Kyle.

Came at 11:25pm (they close at midnight ) staff refused to take order because they were busy. Said that we would have to wait in the drive up spot for 10-15 minutes and then they would take our order.. really… 3 people working apparently homecoming night , it wasn’t crazy busy and staff was going around complaining to the guests about how they’re backed up .
