They need a better systems and try understanding of hot and ready if they ready and team is prepared there is no reason someone would have to be in the lobby for over an 30 let alone 2 hrs. This is ridiculous and when I managed a little Caesar I made sure I was prepared for the rush. I’d rather have waist at end of then night then upset customers cause at this point im not only pay for the food my time is also very valuable and its being stolen by little Caesars at this specific location.

Rayne and her team at Little Caesars Pizza truly went above and beyond for us. Even though our original order of 20 pizzas didn’t come through, they immediately jumped into action and had all 20 pizzas made fresh in just 20 minutes. Their teamwork, professionalism, and positive attitude completely saved the day for our school fundraiser. We are incredibly grateful for their effort and outstanding customer service. Every time me and my man order from this particular location off grand river and greenfeild in Detroit our orders are never done right, customer service sucks, and they are always rude to customers. My boyfriend ordered the slices and stix which was supposed to half pepperoni and half jalapeno which they gave him jalapeno slices and the basic cheese stix which as you can clearly see wasn’t made right. I ordered the Hawaiian and all my stuff was in the center of the pizza and one side has sauce and the other has no sauce. If I could I would go teach these people how to really do these pizzas since I do have a background but I never get called for the interview after putting in the application.

The only reason why I gave them two is because the pizza does taste good. This is the second time I ordered from them the first time was perfect except for they forgot my sauce. This time I waited over an hour and half for my food to be delivered my drop off time kept going up it. And they made my slices and stick’s sloppy as hell!! All type of Grease around the box and very poorly sloppily made I still ate it though. And they won’t answer the phone. I called doordash customer service they made it better by giving me 25% back from my total order.

Here at this location I placed a pick-up order and then waited for a total of 22 minutes for it and it still wasn’t prepared as it was supposed to be after another long wait of 22min For it, So me and my family ended up waiting for are food. And we will never be returning to this location because of the hellah inconvenience.

I ordered online, got there it was a sketchy location. I have been noticing a unappealing trend at Little Ceasers, filthy windows and doors. The glass separating the customers was so dirty and full of fingerprints, it looks as if its never been cleaned. The pizza was not all of that, the crust and the flavor just were not complementing each other. I do salute the 2 guys who were there working because I guess the other employee quit during the shift.
