Love this Sonic, I typically order online and pickup without a wait. Food has always been better than most Sonics, especially the tots not tasting over done. Love the app and the offers they give. Be nice to have a few more freebies 🙂

Their menu is limited. Not as. Many food choices and especially short on the slush flavors. We don’t know if this is beginning to be rolled out to all the lcoations or some just do this on purpose.

Fast friendly and fresh. Nice staff very courteous. Food was warm and fresh. Very convenient location and if you are thirsty there are plenty of choices. And a great kids menu too so that everyone is happy and we only have to stop at one place.

I sat and waited for 5 to 10 minutes after pressing the button before getting out of my car to hail an employee and ask why it was taking so long to get to order. He told me that the manager had them not to take any more orders because they were so busy.

Oh man I’m not sure what happened the day I went for a chili dog, fries, and a soft pretzel with cheese. The fries were shriveled and hard like they were over cooked and they forgot to put the cheese for the pretzel in the bag. I’m not sure if they just do tots better than fries or if it was an off day. Usually the burger and tots I order is spot on, but I was just really craving a chili dog and fries.

4 cheddar peppers instead of 6. No ranch. This location ALWAYS forgets. Burger was missing items. We live in canyon lake and we can’t turn around immediately to have them fix these things. Fourth consecutive time we’ve gone to this location and something is missing and made wrong.

Worse sonic ever… maybe 5 cars at the sonic… and we didn’t all get there at once. We sat in the drive thru for 20 mins after we ordered and there was no other cars in front of us. We watched 4 workers stand around, one was vaping and the others sipping on their drinks. We only order 2 ocean waters and a banana shake! Wow… just WOW.
