Hate leaving bad reviews, but I have to agree with the community response. Been coming here for 15 years, but after my past 5 visits, there’s something about this location that is just plain worse than all the others in Austin. Food takes forever to make, portions are small, they’re frequently out of key ingredients, and the customer experience is usually lacking. This location wasn’t always like this, but it’s gone downhill and is now a quadruple threat of bad customer satisfaction. Go to literally any other location ☹️

They were very pushy when I went through the line when I got my food, it did not taste fresh and then, when I was sitting down eating with my family, the manager was sweeping all of the dust into my food. I will not be coming back to this place and I do not recommend it.

I have been getting online orders off and on when I forget my lunch and I have noticed on Tuesdays the quality is subpar with not enough portions and this time missing half of the things I ordered on my burrito. I’ve also gone into the store and the quality is much better in person. There is definitely slacking happening with online orders

My favorite spot for something fast and fresh on my lunch break. There’s a line because it is so yummy but they work through it in a matter of seconds with their ultra-fast and efficient service.

Get it tf together. They make so many mistakes it’s ridiculous. They take an absurd amount of time for a simple order. They have nothing to say when they make a mistake. The manager looks like he hates everyone that walks through the door. Get a new job if you hate it so much. Hire better people chipotle.

Visited here 08/11/23 and the guy that fixed my bowl was so disappointing. He sloshed my bowl together as if he was having a bad day. His customer service skills are seriously lacking!

Love this Chipotle location! There was a time I was going here 4x a week just because they do you right on proteins + the fixins. On top of that, the managers and staff go out of their way to know you when you go in regularly. Really fantastic people, and service here!

Very dissatisfied. I came here in two different occasions and both times the place was dirty. The floor food all over, the counter where the drinks are dirty with sticky food, all the tables dirty, the counter where the food is dirty, the kitchen area also was dirty. The restrooms disgusting. Service rude.

This is the second time I’ve been to this Chipotle in two weeks, and it is impossible to find a clean table both inside and outside of the restaurant. It was not busy, and I don’t understand why this place is so unsanitary, especially considering the current health climate in Texas. The employees are nice people, and the food is fine, but please start cleaning tables after people leave, with some sort of frequency. This is not ok.
