I placed a simple order. Jr Cheeseburger and 3 large drinks. It took 4 trips for my car hop to get my order right. Missed a drink the first time, one of my drinks wasnt made right and there was a hair in my cup.. Not to mention it took over 20 min to get my food in the first place. I payed via card so I couldn’t just leave when I saw it was taking forever. I tipped in advance and regret it completely because i tip based on service. When i got home the cheese fries had 3 spots of cheese, and theburger i ordered was made right, but not wrapped right.. I worked at sonic for a few years so I know they can do better. This is poor service period. Very unsatisfied.

I would give negative stars if I could!! My fiancé’ and I came to order food and I stayed in the truck while he ordered outside at the kiosk. The worker brought most of our food out in no bag and sat it on the table outside in front of another customer who was smoking and blowing smoke around our food. My fiancé’ grabbed it and brought it all to the truck, and I wondered why most of our order wasn’t in a bag, but I noticed every one else received all their food in bags so there wasn’t a shortage. I grabbed the food that wasn’t bagged and took it back to them and asked for the manager. She came out and I asked her why didn’t we receive a bag for all the food we ordered? She really didn’t have an answer so I told her I would like our food remade and put in a bag like everyone else’s and not sat on a nasty table outside. She grabbed the food from me with an attitude, went inside, and had them remake our food. She brought out 2 new orders of honey chicken nuggets and I went back to the truck. I noticed when I got back to the truck that they gave us 2 orders of small honey chicken nuggets instead of the 2 larges that we paid for. We got back out of the truck and asked for a manager again. One of the workers went inside and told them it was me again and they started laughing and joking around and the manager never came back out, she sent one of the workers out and told me, “ ma’am at this point I’m giving you a refund and that’s final!” And I was like what? Y’all gave me the wrong size, I’m just asking for the right size. She just stood there and looked at me and I told her to just give me the bag back. She shoved it in my hand and walked back inside while her coworkers who were watching through the window started laughing and was cheering her on! My fiancé’ and I were shocked and embarrassed! Then to make matters worse, both orders of our chicken nuggets were burnt, hard, and mostly just bread and sauce. The rest of our food was cold. Thank GOD for our Sonic back home in Houston!!!

We have issues with this place every single time we come. It’s so bad that we wonder why on earth we ever come back and joke that we’re in a toxic, co-dependent relationship with this Sonic. They never get our order right and we have been met with incompetent service every time. Unfortunately, options are limited in this town, especially late at night.

There is one service person who is very rude. Interrupted during placing my order. Wasn’t done ordering and was cut off and couldn’t complete my order that I just left. “What else do you want”. She works in a customer service driven company and has no customer service skills what so ever. She needs to be a dishwasher. I wish you made people say their names when they were ordering so I could have gotten her name. Do better be better. I won’t be returning.

I was pulling a load with a 20ft trailer and I was able to get in and out through the drive through. I had a small personal ice chest and they filled it up for me with ice because it was 107 outside. Service was exceptional. They were even training a new hire and she did well. Thumbs up guys keep it up

Some locations have a drive-thru. Anyways, I made a mobile order and I must say you can’t use a gift card, that’s sucks, I wish they will have that payment method by paying as gift card with it. Other then that it is a decent place to grab a bite. I highly recommend trying their Strawberry Shortcake Slush Float (I don’t know how long they will have it on their menu).

Pulled into the drive thru, which is not even a drive thru, you make your order and then pull up, the window is closed and then a carhop is supposed to bring out the order and collect your payment. Sat for 20 minutes, watched the people behind me get their order. My order is brought out, carhop takes my credit card, 10 minutes later says it didn’t work. Weird because I just used it at the gas station. But I give him my debit card. Comes back another 5 minutes later and said that card didn’t work either. Over 30 minutes waiting and left empty handed.

Pulled up to drive thru and sat as no one acknowledged me. Pulled around and park in a park and ordr slot. They took my order. Waited over 20 minutes before someone bought food and was not our order. When told what we ordered, he went in and came right back with it. Food was barely warm.

Been here plenty of times I return because customer service is great. But these few days I have had a very rude snotty person take my order. “ yeah what else do you want?!” Is that it?!!… not very friendly she needs to work on her communication & people skills.

I am not happy with the sonic on court Street. I go there to get lunch and this is the seventh time I’ve ordered a meal and have gotten cold and stale fries. One time I ordered a lg fry and I only got about 10 fries in it. The next time I go there I am going to tell the person to make sure that the fries and burger are fresh and I will check them before I drive off. I will talk to the mgr if they are not. I’d like to go somewhere else during lunch but I only get 30 minutes so it’s not enough time to go anywhere here. Come on sonic. Get your act together.
