I don’t know what is going on here but there is a lot of issues. When I went last week they didn’t have ice cream, then when I went today the first 3 stalls I pulled in were out of order. I finally found a working stall and ordered 3 drinks. That’s it. There was 5 people in the parking lot and it took 30 minutes. I love the ocean waters but there is too many problems.

What’s going on in there? After pushing the red light, waited for 10 minutes. There are 8 cars in the parking lot. I eventually went to the drive through, another 5+ min wait.

Took over 30 minutes to get our 2 slushes. At the 15 minute mark I asked to check on the status of our slushes. They said they were correctly working on them. Another 15 minutes goes by before they bring out the flushes. I just find that an unreasonable amount of time to order and wait for two simple flushes I feel they should have disclosed the wait time prior to ordering. Super frustrating and disappointing since we are new to the area and still had 30 minute drive home at 9:30pm we would have just skipped it post track meet

Giving 2 stars, but it’s obvious that this location is considerably short staffed. Went to drive thru and placed an order. The staff kept interrupting, stating that she couldn’t hear my order. Finally got thru to her, but when she read back the order, she omitted one drink. I waited nearly 25 mins to get her to come back to the intercom. Gave up and drove away. **Management needs to cut out the park and order and just do drive thru or vice versa…till they retain enough staff to adequately run that location.

Dirty, like too dirty. Not sure if the exterior of the building has been cleaned in a decade. Ordered some slushes in the app before arriving. App says they should be finished in 5-10 minutes. Show up 10 minutes later and check in and then sit there for another 5-10 minutes before someone comes out with 2 medium drinks (ordered rt 44 and a large) and tries to give me the wrong order and looks confused when I say it’s not mine. I tell her what I ordered and she says “oh we don’t have that, what else do you want?” I want my 5-10 minutes waiting for an order that should have been done already to only find out you started nothing and we’re just going to say who cares. I want my 2 dollar tip back. I tipped you to bring me my drinks in a timely manner. not just get to me whenever. (It was dead, not one order was taken to anyone in the 5-10 minutes I was there before someone showed up) the drink they allegedly had was wrong and the new slush I got was almost 100% liquid, very little ice something like a slush +1-2 hours. Incredibly disappointed.

I’ve come a few times since moving and the food always disappoints, my tortilla was rock hard for my Jr frito wrap. It was broken in the places it was folded… and the car hops always seem so annoyed when they bring out the food.

Ordered online. Arrive. They tell me they don’t have the “stuff to make the burger ” I asked which ingredients they’re missing, they looked confused and said “burger” so I said take that off and I’ll take the other meals on the order. They said they can’t and call this number for refund. I call the number and the general manager said “it’s cuz they don’t have the ingredients, contact the app” . Why did they tell me to call the guy that doesn’t care? They could have told me to use the app instead of having to talk to the obviously indifferent “general manager”
