I wasn’t able to orde at the drive thru window because no one answered it as I pulled up. I then drive around to gif several employees eating something and they scattered as I pulled up to window. A young lady named Kat took my order and then proceeded to take the vehicle behind me order. As I sat there a Second lady approached the window and asked me what I would like to order. I stated I have the young lady my order and she said and I quote “well she’s over there so what would you like?” I refused to repeat my order because at that point it was ridiculous to have to repeat myself. Unacceptable customer service and rude behavior by your employee. Sad that you lose business over laziy and inept employees.

Never had a problem with this place till today. A simple mistake but when the manager Donovan was rude with not just myself but with the employer I was in disbelief. I will no longer stop at this place. Before never had a problem till today. Good luck

If you order on the app at this location, please hit the red button even when you get there. They don’t tend to realize you are there and ready for food even when you can see the food being prepared on the screen besides your car. ( This happens at every location not just this one)

I got home after getting food at this location and I was missing food. When I tried to call, the phone number just says the inbox is full. I am very upset as my order only had 3 meals total (including a kids meal) so it should not have been difficult to double check that everything was in there. And then not being able to contact them unless I were to go back there is very frustrating. Also, the sweet tea my husband got had gone bad just to top it off.

I ordered some chili cheese fries a slush and a route 44 barqs root beer. The chili cheese fries were horrible. The fries were stale and old. Some of them were so hard you couldn’t even bite through them. The root beer seemed like it was missing flavor. I called and spoke to an employee to make them aware and they told me to go another day and reorder the chili cheese fries and give the employees name to recieve another order free of charge and they told me they had just changed the syrup so there shouldn’t be anything wrong with the drink . If they had just changed the syrup maybe they didn’t bleed it through before serving my drink…. I don’t know. For whatever reason the root beer did not taste the way it was supposed to. I am not satisfied as to the way they handled my complaint. They didn’t even ask me for my name.

I haven’t stopped in to this store in months because it wasn’t very good last time. Decided to stop in & get one of those big dill burgers. I want to start by saying the staff are very nice & professional & it didn’t take long to get my order, but the food on the other hand….was disgusting. The bun was cold, cheese wasn’t melted, barely had any lettuce or fried pickles, & the meat looked & tasted like it was hours old. I’m not looking for a refund or anything like that, I just wanted to let y’all know that I will never be coming back because $5.40 for the burger I got was quite frankly a waste of my hard earned money.

I had gone to McDonald’s but the line was so long that I decided to go to Sonic, the drive thru only was like 4 cars so it went fast. My burger was so fresh and good. The tater tots well for some reason they were salty. First time ever I get my taters salty. The girl at the window she was very nice

Worst sonic we’ve ever gone to. We ordered a sweet tea and 2 ice cream cones. Our overall wait time was an hr. We called them 3 or 4 times in that hr. Never received our order and we ended up driving off. Still have yet to get a refund and we’ve gone by 2 times for it. This sonic is extremely slow amd unorganized. Corporate should seriously consider new managers.
