Girl taking my order was very rude. I tried to order directly off the menu posted and she said they don’t have a Quarter Pound Double Cheeseburger. I explained where it was on the menu and what it cost and she still said they don’t have it.I asked if they were just out and she said they don’t have anything like that. After going back and forth with her, I placed me order and when I got my order, it was the quarter pound double cheeseburger only it was on Texas toast and not a bun and I ordered the junior cheeseburger. So infuriating and she was not very nice and never said thank you.

ZERO stars. Be careful of Sonic in Cuero. I paid with my credit card at the order box, even gave a tip, and the total ($41 including tip) even appeared on my online banking right away. But when the kid brought my food, he told me I owed about $8 and change. Obviously, I asked for an explanation, but he would not provide one and just kept demanding money. I spoke to 2 managers, one of whom was extremely nice and felt bad, the other became obstinate and rude and demanded the extra money then demanded the food back when I wouldn’t pay it without an explanation why they are now charging for extra items I didn’t order and how they can have a different ticket for my order now that it’s been paid. The obstinate one refused to answer, just kept demanding money, then food demanded the food back, and said I didn’t pay. They got the food back (which I should have kept) then disappeared into the building and would not give me a refund either. The one nice girl came out and talked to me, and even offered my kids toys while we talked and waited, as we both thought the other girl was processing my refund. After a while, she went to check on it and did not return. As it turns out someone there, I believe the obstinate one with glasses and colored hair, had called the police and falsely told them there was an irate customer throwing food at them and causing a disturbance. Long story short, after everything, I believe this was a deliberate scam. I’m glad my instincts kicked and that I have the interaction on video. Point is, be careful if you pay by card at the order box. If they tell you you owe more, it’s a scam. Don’t pay more, just stay calm, keep your food, and let the police know so they can hold them accountable and prevent this from happening to others. Video if you can.

Came in and ordered about $20 worth of food tried paying with $100. They didn’t have change so manager came out with a nasty attitude saying they don’t do that here. Don’t do what? Take money? Was going to take our food back and we told her we had a card to pay with where she told us to make it quick. She acted like we were just going to run off with a whole $20 worth of food after we tried paying with cash. Very unpleasant and extremely unprofessional.

Sandwiches were good but we ordered a large onion rings and when we received our order, there were 5 very small onion rings in the bag. We called and they brought us another much larger order but how many people would have gotten down the road and realized they got shorted. Again, they made it right but why would they even attempt to give someone a less than half full bag of onion rings? Especially at $5 an order. $1 for each onion ring? How many are in a small or medium order? One and three? Food prices are high enough without getting shorted for what you paid for.

Ordered the Garlic Burger and ended up with a toaster that had only ketchup mustard and cheese (I can’t stand mustard). My sons burger had mayo which shouldn’t have been on it. Should have checked the bag before I left, but I was in a hurry and we shouldn’t have to check the bag to ensure it’s right. They should do that while making it. I was charged for the items I ordered and everything listed in the descriptions were correct so I’m not sure why they got the order wrong. Sweet tea was the only good thing ordered.
