This location is my favorite Papa Johns. Bryson and Rick are always on point when I go. The staff is always nice I say because I’ve been met with attitude at other locations before and didn’t order. But here never an issue and every order is top quality. I forgot to take a picture but also recommend the chicken Alfredo papa bowl. Thanks

We normally order Domino’s, but decided to give Papa John’s a try. The philly cheesesteak pizza we ordered for delivery was cold upon arrival and there was barely any steak on it. We won’t be ordering from them again.

Horrible! Placed an online order totaling 60+ and was told it’ll be delivered in about 25 to 35 minutes. We waited about an hour and called to check on it and was hung up on. After 3 more attempts, got the manager on duty named Nala on the phone and asked about the ETA and she was rude and nonchalant. Said that the pizza was leaving and that she wasn’t able to track the driver to give us an ETA. I asked if the pizza was still there and she said yes. I go pick it up and she acts like she doesn’t know what’s going on. The cheesy bread was cold so I don’t even want it at this point and had it taken off. She made sure that she got her some pizza though as she was eating behind the counter. Horrible. I wish we would’ve gone to McDonald’s. If I could take away one if these blank stars I would! I’ll have to settle for the 1 star.

Ordered online. 14 min it was supposed to be ready. I walked in, waited over 10 min before any worker acknowledged me at all. Was told it would be another 10 min after waiting 15 I ask about it and was finally told they messed up my order. I got a refund and left. Several employees were wearing AirPods and everyone was was just oblivious to customers.

The pizza itself was fine. Customer service is definitely lacking. I went to pick up the pizza and had my two small children with me (I was holding my youngest). The guy just hands me both pizzas as I’m holding my kid. He doesn’t even try to help me open the door and it is obvious that I was struggling. Why is common courtesy non existent, especially when you should be offering your customers excellent customer service? This place definitely needs to address what customer service is!!!!

Terrible pizza. We usually only order papa John’s, but this place was terrible. They forgot extra sauces we paid for, and they put so much cheese on the pizza. The toppings and cheese fell off when you would try and pick it up. We ended up just eating one piece and threw it away. When I called the store, they just said sorry and they would let the people making the pizza know, and if we called the next time we ordered, they would give us two free sauces. I guess they don’t understand what free is when you already paid for something you never received. They didn’t offer to refund the order for the inedible pizzas, they just want us to order again and hope it’s not terrible again. No thanks. I’ll order dominos moving forward.

Customer service and wait time were good. Order was accurate. The food was just lacking flavor. We ordered a Parm Crust Grilled BBQ Chicken Papadia with no bacon and a Parm Crust Philly CheeseSteak Papadia. The BBQ chicken was definitely better than the Philly. The Philly was hard to eat without the garlic sauce. I eventually just stopped eating it. They were not worth $8 each.

The manager and staff are on point at this location. I came on Tuesday, September 21st at night and they made sure I got everything I ordered. When picking up my food I could tell they all loved the job they were doing and were also so friendly and cool. @papajohns y’all have some great employees and managers and deserve the best!
