Food wasn’t fresh.

Also my deliver driver Daniel wasn’t a nice guy took awhile to come. Nor wasn’t friendly and seems very impatient.

The taste of the pizza was a bit off, I’m not sure if it was the freshness of the cheese, but it tasted a bit sour of some sort. Kind of a weird taste Ive never had on a Papa John’s Pizza. I also think that the team member who made up my pizza didn’t add enough of the cheese or sauce, which made the toppings fall off of the breading and be all over inside the box. But overall the staff, especially the guy with the long hair Locs was awesome, he was very attentive and made sure to speak when I entered. He also let us know ahead of time how long the wait would be so we felt at ease and valued our time. My first time ordering here and because of this I’m willing to give it another try soon.

This location is my favorite Papa Johns. Bryson and Rick are always on point when I go. The staff is always nice I say because I’ve been met with attitude at other locations before and didn’t order. But here never an issue and every order is top quality. I forgot to take a picture but also recommend the chicken Alfredo papa bowl. Thanks

Papa John’s pizza has really changed for the worse over the years. I keep trying it expecting it to be better, but it seems like the ingredient quality is subpar at best. I used to really like Papa John’s pizza and I want to like it again. Perhaps I’ll keep trying. I just don’t know.

The pizza itself was fine. Customer service is definitely lacking. I went to pick up the pizza and had my two small children with me (I was holding my youngest). The guy just hands me both pizzas as I’m holding my kid. He doesn’t even try to help me open the door and it is obvious that I was struggling. Why is common courtesy non existent, especially when you should be offering your customers excellent customer service? This place definitely needs to address what customer service is!!!!

Terrible pizza. We usually only order papa John’s, but this place was terrible. They forgot extra sauces we paid for, and they put so much cheese on the pizza. The toppings and cheese fell off when you would try and pick it up. We ended up just eating one piece and threw it away. When I called the store, they just said sorry and they would let the people making the pizza know, and if we called the next time we ordered, they would give us two free sauces. I guess they don’t understand what free is when you already paid for something you never received. They didn’t offer to refund the order for the inedible pizzas, they just want us to order again and hope it’s not terrible again. No thanks. I’ll order dominos moving forward.

I ordered pizza on a Monday night and instead of 30-45 minutes the delivery took over 2 hours. The pizza arrived cold. I know life happens and they called several times in the process to let us know they were running later and later, but they didn’t even offer a coupon or discount or anything. That’s bad business. My tip was applied by credit card before hand too, so they still got their money. That’s what matters to them, I guess.
