Every car spot we pulled up to I mean 2 in a row was out of service but the food was great and service was timely I appreciate my sonic car hot and will be back soon as as matter of fact I had just left sonic 2days before with no problem tots an a cheese Coney this day I had two corn dogs and tots both days I had a medium ocean water I love that drink it’s my favorite one of them I had a surprise and I can say the fountain drink was slightly weak. 5/14/23 visit was better order right food good service quick new promo was vers good sonic griller.

Redeemed my free shake (Points), FRESH banana. They put in an old nasty banana. So I called the store and spoke to DAKOTA. He argued with me that they don’t put in nasty fruit. Said there was NOTHING he could do and that I would have to talk to JEFFERY ADAMS the General Manager on MONDAY. Then he hung up before I could get his name! Called back 5 times before he answered to let me know his name. I WAS WONDERING WHY THE PARKING LOT WAS EMPTY almost every time I’ve been there!

Ordered buffalo chicken bites, they gave me bbq. When I told them I ordered Buffalo they took it back to fix it. When I got home I saw they took the bbq chicken that I sent back and just poured Buffalo sauce on top of it. Will not be going back

I keep trying to give the store, the benefit of doubt and I usually only order soda on my way home through the app so tonight I pulled up to the drive-through waited for about 10 minutes. Nobody answered me so I pulled forward and had a knock on the window for a good 2 mins for anybody to notice all for one soda I will not be going back to this place..

I’ll put this head incase you don’t want to read. Go somewhere else don’t spend your After ordering at the drive thru with no one in front of me and two other cars parked I waited 15 for my 2 milk shakes. When the young lady brought it out the order was wrong she said she would have to go back in and it would be a minute. I told her never mind I had been there long enough and had to go. She then hollered azzhole at me while I was pulling away. I parked and went to ask the manager if this was normal. As I opened the door his employees were cussing him and when I asked why she felt comfortable cussing at customers he looked very overwhelmed and scared of his own employees. I feel for the owner because this is all he has. Employees cussing at customers because SHE got the order wrong and I didn’t have more time to waste so she could try to get it right.
