Ordered for 6 they messed up our order from the start didn’t bring us forks or anything for the foot long had an attitude when asked where was the foot long after waiting over 15 20 minutes. Manager had the worst attitude then they brought my missing stuff from my meal and burnt the bread and brought it in a bag. Didn’t get the grevy. They tried to stay with the change out of a $50. And made us wait even longer. They need to train their Manager and employees. It’s very frustrating when your happy when arrived to be completely disappointed and put in a position not necessary if they had done their job right!

Waited for about 15 minutes for our food that wasn’t even edible. Tasted like the fryer hadn’t been cleaned in months and then they got mad at us for asking if they had gotten our order after waiting. I just wasted my money and WOULD LIKE A REFUND

I was anxious when we arrived because it was busy, but oh my goodness there was no need for anxiety. The service was phenomenal–kind, prompt, precise–and the food was DELICIOUS. They opened the bathroom for us (three small kids on a road trip was almost a disaster), and double checked our order car side. I highly recommend this sonic location.

Ok. It’s Sonic. But I’ve eaten good food at a Sonic and bad food at a Sonic. This was a bad food experience. Tator tots were cold, asked for hot dog with onions and mustard only. Got gooey cheese on the hot dog, no mustard. Milkshake was inedible according to husband.

One of the speakers was broke so I moved to another one either the guy couldn’t hear me or there was something wrong with the speaker cuz every time I tell him what I wanted he kept repeating it and finally just cut me off a couple of times so I left no service

This is the absolute worst sonic I have ever been to in my entire life. I’ve been 4 or 5 times since being in the area and every single time I go my order is wrong the most recent visit was the worst. I had to explain to them how to make their own food and even on the third try, when I got home, it was still wrong. I then called to get a refund and have been ignored by both the location and corporate for over a week. It doesn’t take 2 weeks to process a refund. Worst experience ever. Literally just save yourself the trouble and avoid this place like the plague. There’s another sonic 10 miles down the 290 and their customer service and food are spot on 🙂

Repeated our order nearly 10 times. Do not get a number 12, there will be hardly any sauce on them. Ocean water is flat. Fries are very fresh though.
