I always frequent the drive thru but I’ve noticed that there are new staff every so often! No disrespect to the people working here but they do not know how to handle cash transactions and it is very concerning. I watched a cashier accept a large bill from a white woman and refused to accept that same bill from the black woman that was right after me who went right after the white woman before me. Absolutely disgusting service! And I will not be coming back to this one again because of it.

There’s a song on the radio in this dunkin right now with some guy crooning and crying. It’s nauseating. This shouldn’t be in the soundtrack in any public place. I would rather a tarantula lay eggs in my ear that hear this song even one more time. Then the next some came on. It’s even worse. Who wants to hear grown men crooning and crying like this? Literally no one alive likes this music. I got off The line and I’m ordering food elsewhere.

Very clean like new DD, asked for the $6.00 breakfast special for 2 & some donuts. When I looked at the bill it was $25. Did my calculation should be no more the $19.00. I went back to the register & a more seasoned person was there, the problem was when he entered the senior discount it wiped out the special price & rings it up separately
So we had to cancel & rering it….who knew! Glad I check my receipts.

Ordered an iced coffee and I got the runs after drinking the coffee. Something was not right about the drink. I rather drive further out into fishkill for a Dunkin’ Donuts drink then come here again.

The staff at this location are usually slow; however, today took the cake. When I arrive at the store, I typically have a mobile order waiting and pay for my donut at the register because the option I want is not on the app. I walk in, and there’s no one in line, but people are waiting for their mobile orders on the other side. I am patient and very understanding when people need a minute, but I wasn’t even acknowledged, not once. It took over 5 minutes just for me to order ONE donut while one of the ladies was struggling with the coffee machine. A guy finally took my order, and there were no fundamental customer courteries. No “sorry for the wait,” or NOTHING. That’s ok; I understand people have off days. I pay for my stuff with him and walk over to the mobile order pick-up area. Multiple orders are sitting there, and two other people besides myself are waiting for what they ordered. I see that mine is not one of the ones up there, even though I ordered it before leaving my house, which is approximately 15 minutes away. So now I sit back and wait AGAIN. After a while, I canceled my order because watching them work was painful, and the clock was ticking. There was no structure, and the two employees at the front seemed like they would rather do anything else than take orders. No one wants coffee with a side of attitude. If you’re mad about serving people, perhaps you should pick a new line of work because that’s unbelievable and inconvenient. Hope y’all do better.

Afte 50 or so years making coffee you would think they could make a cup that does not leak. This has happened the last 4 times I have had Dunkin from Massena to Poughkeepsie! #lastcup cause I am not ever going back.

Honestly I’d give this location 0 stars if it was possible. I preordered a walk in order and when I got to the location, the doors were all locked. Mind you it was 8:30am, and the employees were standing staring at us. We tried several doors to get in to get our orders, that were sitting on the counter. If they were understaffed and didn’t have enough people to work the lobby, they could have at least put a sign on the door or come let the 5 customers waiting in the cold know. And then waited over 30 min in the drive through because Dunkin would not cancel my order. Now I’m late to work with lukewarm mediocre coffee, thanks Dunkin!
