Just love paying for a large fry and its not even full. Adding on Aug 31 ,2023. Pulled up at 9:58 to order drinks only. It says on here yall are open till 11. Apparently not cause i sat there for 2 or 3 min and the lights turn off and look up at the drive threw window to see someone staring at me. No hey we are closed nothing. Gonna take my business elsewhere. Im done with yall for good now.

This was the most horrible experience i have had at a sonic. i was unable to get what i asked for. They never have ice cream or slushies. The man at the window was soooo rude. My order was not fixed and i had my receipt. Hope the customer service gets better.

I just spent $30 on dinner for my family. My chicken Sandwich was hard as a brick not freshly cooked. I know it sat under that lamp for hours My bread was burnt and when I called up there Lizzie, the manager hung up on me. This sonic is really going downhill. I’m done with messing with sonic. There’s too many other places to get food.

Had to order twice because they cut me off and finished our order before I was done ordering. Then took several tries to finish our order. Then took quite a while to get our food which wasn’t correct. The person bringing our food to the car tried ignoring us when we pointed out that it was wrong and I had to yell to get him to even acknowledge that I was trying to tell him stuff was missing. Then took a long time to get the rest of our order.

I stopped at this location on 08/29/2022 more than 30 minutes before closing. I had looked up their hours and all of the inside and outside lights were on….. until the very young guys saw me park. They looked at me, flipped the switch to the outside lights off, and kept staring until they saw me back out. I’ll go buy the ingredients from the store and make it myself before returning to such audaciously rude and unprofessional behavior!
