I went through the drive-thru I had to repeat my order like five times the person seem truly clueless and I had to spell it to get them to understand. then when I got to the window they didn’t have my food and she says well they didn’t take your order and I have a line. I said I just went through the drive-thru she went and checked and came back and said no you ordered at a stall. I said I did not but okay she gave me my food. and the tater tots were cold

Ordered a lot of food and then asked for ketchup when I paid. There was none in the bag. The young lady said I.l could use the drive through. I realized after she left it was full. So I pushed the button. She then made me wait until all my food was cold to bring the ketchup.

The woman who took our order and gave us our food was very rude to us. She sounded miserable on the speaker and she never said a word to us when shoving the food at us, I nearly dropped my drink inside my car because of her. We were very surprised at her behavior because it’s never been quite this bad at this Sonic. I hope they do something soon to protect the brand image because wow! The pretzel was hard and cold and the Cherry Limeade tasted like all Sprite and no Cherry. Sad. Very sad.

I stopped by this Sonic after a long day at work, tired and hungry, and had one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. My fries were cold, and when I told the staff, they didn’t seem to care or offer to replace them. I was also given the wrong burger, which I only realized once I got home. To make things worse, there was plastic in my strawberry shake.
This location clearly doesn’t value quality or customer service. I definitely do not recommend eating here.

I placed an order and waited for over 30 mins. When they brought the food out, the order was completely incorrect. The manager comes over passive aggressive like I made a mistake. Offers no apology at all and is almost belligerent. Absolutely rude and passive aggressive. Says she will have to charge me two more times and I will have to wait all over again. No sorry for us messing up, sorry for the wait, for the inconvenience, nothing but just flat out attitude for absolutely no reason at all. The manager of all people for their own mistake. Since I was already waiting and originally asked for ranch and marinara for my mozzarella sticks I mentioned they were missing and just asked if they could make sure to bring them out with my order. She flat out said no you can go inside to pick them up. Never again will I eat here and honestly at any sonic after this experience. I was a customer who came atleast once a week sometimes twice too. Choosing a manager like this one though I doubt they could care any less.

What the hell is the owner doing with this location? Being located in a busy part the service is terrible, the food needs to be inspected. The workers have a bad attitude this place needs to either change management or shutdown.

I did a drive-thru order for a sandwich, fries, and slush. Not only did it take 20 minutes in the drive-thru, the order was wrong several times I advised them of the order being incorrect. They proceeded to give me the same thing. In addition to that the food was cold. Absolutely horrible experience!

I order food through doordash from this sonic. I order a chicken sandwich combo with a strawberry limeade. What a disappointment it was when I unwrapped my chicken sandwich. The chicken was burnt, and I mean burnt, I also asked light ice in my drink, it was loaded with ice, 4 zips and I was out of drink and had to buy a coke from a vending machine. I will NEVER order from this place again. My whatever happened to having a bit of pride on your food, restaurant, and service?

The worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. The cashier was cussing me out as well as the person over the intercom cause he didn’t want to work. I then got my food (chicken nuggets) and it had something sticky all over them. I did not get to eat them and wasted money here. I need management to contact me asap!!
