Customer Service was good, but the food was terrible. The manager himself helped me order since their kiosk and credit card system was down. I had cash and paid cash for my meal. The food however, was terrible. My burger tasted old and reminded me of how dog food smells. The burger was served on a soggy wet bun. The entire sandwich was extremely off putting. My son’s hotdog was also old looking and shriveled up like a prune. Almost as if it had been over microwaved. He didn’t eat his hotdog and I didn’t finish my burger. The fries were good. But service was a little slow. Probably would not go back.

I stopped here around 745 am… ordered online and paid. Waited forever. Called, knocked, pushed the botton. Whoever owns this store, someone turned on all of your stuff and left. Bizarre.

This Sonic keeps going down hill in my book. Pre-ordered 2 Sonic Blast, went to pick up through the drive-through and no one answered me at the speaker. Sat for 5 mins before just driving up to the window. Had to knock and honk my horn for someone to even come to the window. I told them sorry I was sitting there with no response that I had even pulled up. I was them told we are way behind and they were not just going to take new orders right away. What? Isn’t the point of going to a fast food restaurant so that you can order food? I get being busy and yes, you get backed up but to tell someone you not taking new orders? That’s why I going to stop coming to this location. If I can’t get my pre-ordered to go food then I will just drive to another location that actually cares for their customers.

Took our order in the drive thru (3 drinks) and completely ignored when we get to the window. The manager is the only one working. There are two girls inside, one of which keeps brushing her hair and pulling loose hairs out and letting them fly in the kitchen. Two cars came and left the drive thru without anyone taking their orders behind us. What horrible customer service and not to mention the health department violation with all the loose hair flying around…

This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to and I had the worst experience ever. I ordered tator tots with Chilli and Cheese with jalapeños and they brought out tator tots with Cheese and Jalapeños without the chilli. So I called someone out for them to fix my order. This guy came out and got my food and took it back in and brought out the SAME FOOD. Which is very nasty. So I complained to the manager that was working and he told me that’s how they operated their store and anywhere else they would do the same thing I said no i’ve never had that happened to me they simply throw away the food and make a new one not bring the same food out. So I told him I want a refund for the food he said he wanted the drinks as well even after I drunk out of it he said that the only way I would be able to get a refund is to refund everything and he tried to correct me on the definition of Cross Contamination. He took the food and left and had the car hop bring the food back out never came back out and apologized or anything. The car hop that I had threw the change in my hand and walked off with an attitude. This was the worst experience ever. I will NEVER GO back to this sonic. Please BE AWARE OF THIS AWFUL PLACE. If I could give this place zero stars I would. People walk around with nasty shirts, booty shorts and crocs the most unprofessional place ever.

Came to get lunch here even left a tip .. When I first received the food my fries and ranch were missing I also asked for utensils. He came back gave me fries and still no ranch I told him my Ranch he said he would bring it out to me, waited 5 minutes he proceeded to bring other orders and ignore my request after this I just left.

Leaving a 1 star review because on a 100+ degree day, the manager wouldnt let me use the garden hose to hose off my dogs, who I had to bring to the vet. The AC in my car just went out and could not get it fixed before their appointment. I’m appalled at the decision made by Quinton, the manager. This inhumane treatment due to it being “against store policy” is unacceptable and baffling. My dogs have NEVER not been loved on and cared for at any restaurant or drive thru we visit. Sonic should rethink the people leading this store, as I will rethink coming to this location again.

We have came to this location MULTIPLE times and ended up leaving because we wait for thirty minutes without anyone answering to take our order. We have even went from a stale to the drive through without anyone answering either one. Have never ONCE had a fast and nice experience at this location. I would rather drive an extra 10 mins to go to the one in Aubrey. Absolute TERRIBLE service. They should just give up and close this location down.

Me and my mom went for a cold brew with some French vanilla flavoring. SO SO BAD. It tasted worse than plain coffee without anything in it. How does that even happen? On top of that, I got very very sick right after. I couldn’t keep myself from throwing up for the short car ride to work. This place shouldn’t be allowed to sell food and beverages. I’ve gotten cold brews from sonic for years and never had this problem until I stopped at this location.
