Got a meal a couple nights ago! The 2 sweet teas were old and sour. And the food didn’t seem fresh at all. Got a large frie and it had 5 Tater tots and 1 small popcorn chicken in the bottom of the frie pouch. Tried calling no answer. I now drive to the one on 300 when this sonic is 2 minutes from my home

The credit card reader was out at the stall I pulled up to, and the Route 44 drinks were mostly ice. After we finished the drinks, we decided to go to the grocery store and got 2 12-oz cans of drinks. There was so much ice in the cups that a single 12-oz can filled each cup back to the top. Nothing that the staff did wrong, though.

First off the screens don’t work in half of them. I oder off the app (no stall numbers visable had to get out of my car and look) and I end up having to ask where my order is 20 mins in to waiting. I get my order and my bun is stale on my sandwich. And the service was so bland. Plain like the person didn’t care at all. I’ve been in customer service for many years now and that is Definitely not customer service you want. Oh and sitting here I don’t get offended any sides like Ketchup or ranch. That use to be on a timer when I worked at sonic..and no name tag

They didn’t have my order right then charged me for something I didn’t receive. Manager did not have a clue on how to handle it even with me telling them I would pay for the things that were not on order the first time. The absolute worse customer service I have ever gotten from fast food.

I came through drive thru and order 2 number ones and 2 number sevens. Some young mix girl was taking and receiving money. She refused to break a $100 bill. Ok, so I gave her my card instead and i didnt receive my receipt. Afterwards, she gave me 2 ocean waters without sprite mixed with it. So it was water and blue coconut slush syrup. And she didn’t give me a regular sprite, it was water. I called 3 times no one answer. I’ll be reaching out to the franchise owner.

I got there around 8:20 this morning. Ordered a french vanilla coffee and the new grilled cheese burger. The burger was nothing like what was advertised. It had a cardboard patty and loaded with ketchup, mustard and onions. It tasted very old. Very disappointed. I understand they were short staffed but i don’t mind waiting a bit if it’s going to be right.

Took forever in the drive through and I was the only one there!!! Ordered a blast and wanted whip cream and they charged me whip but they know that shakes and blasts come with whip, they just charge people extra money’ I called them about it and the manager argued with me on the phone and was not professional at the window or on the phone! Shame on them do better, be advised to be in the line forever and have rude customer service even as Manager! What happened to customers are always right! Wont be back!!!!!

I waited at a stall for 20 mins for one single order of cheese sticks. But the drive thru line was being cleared out. So people who had ordered way after me- where getting their food way before me. It is beyond frustrating. DO NOT use a stall at this location. And to top it off… we were given 3 cheese sticks- not 4 ‍♀️
