I will never come back here again , service takes too long ! Not only that I ordered the bacon breakfast toaster and it literally was just bread and bacon . I don’t know if it was new person whom did it , but it’s totally unacceptable! The drinks were not right either not coming back ever again totally unsatisfied. It was one of those days were you have only a certain amount to your name and a 2 year old 8n the back seat hungry … So I decided to go through drive thru and ordered a corn dog and 2 Jr. Cheeseburgers well the total was 6.46 and I only had 6.22 on my card. She kept coming to the window saying it’s not going thru after I repeatedly told her that I only have 6.22 on my card the change is cash. I asked for the manager who also looks at me confused and walks away the girl comes back and hands me my card and tells me dont worry about it.. also forgot to mention there was a line around the corner

I try my best to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, I am unsure as to why this location is still open. I have been here multiple times and every time it appears their ice cream machine and their blast machine is never working. There is never any signage up that says they don’t have these items and then when you run across staff, they have the most nastiest attitudes, it’s unbelievable. I recall, placing an order at the drive-through when I got to the window and then was informed that they did not have the item after waiting in line almost 10 minutes when if somebody would’ve checked when they rung up the order I would’ve been aware of this. I also recall the time where I placed a mobile order when I arrived they told me that the milkshake machine was down and that they would have to refund me by emailing me or the refund receipt since it was a mobile order. Never received my email, never received my money, I went back to the location twice asking for management. All I received was miss information and attitude. This was definitely my last time coming to this location.

Never going to this sonic again they took my food to another customer and he returned it. As I sit in drive thru car hop returned order to window. Didn’t think they we’re gonna give to another customer after someone has opened order. We’ll was I wrong they tried to serve order to me. When I confronted her about it she was shocked Didn’t think I noticed and responded saying he didn’t touch it. I ask if you feel that way u eat it. Service lately is completely useless

WENT TO GET A RT 44 CUP OF ICE, FRESH AND THE EMPLOYEE STATED THE MANAGER SAYS ITS CROSS CONTAMINATION IF THEY GET ICE FROM THE BACK. BUT YOU TOOK MY ORDER AND WAITED UNTIL I GOT TO THE WINDOW TO TELL ME THAT. EVERYTIME WE GO TO THIS SONIC’S ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING.
