Spent 15 minutes waiting after ordering my food. I was the only car there. After they finally bring out the food and I take it home, this is what I got. A burger that must have been cooked multiple times and the hardest fries I’ve ever had. Everything had to be thrown away. They should be ashamed of themselves.

We hadn’t gone to a Sonic in years until recently due to bad experiences but decided to give it a try again. In short, horrible experiences. Service was poor, food was extremely expensive for fast food, portions were ridiculously small(my burger looked like a miniature), food was poorly cooked and prepared. I know fast food standards seem to be dropping across the board but this is on an entirely different level.

I had a perfect experience at this Sonic tonight. My daughter and I came to pick up dinner. We parked in stall 6 and took about 5 minutes to review the menu.
I pushed the button and immediately had our order taken by Caden. He was polite, articulate, helpful, and knowledgeable. While ordering, I asked for no lettuce on my burger and he explained that lettuce does not come on the burger. He then told me what did come on it. I really appreciated this extra customer service because I didn’t realize onions come on it and I really do not like onions! I proceeded to order my burger with no onions as well as the rest of my food. We ordered 3 burgers, which all had modifications, 2 sides, and 2 drinks.
Avery brought our food out fairly quickly. I didn’t time our wait but it was 5 minutes or less. I was afraid we would be getting old, cold food since our food came quickly. As Avery was handing me the food, I could feel it was fresh because it was hot. All of our food and drinks were well packed and there were no concerns, like sticky cups or drink lids not on all the way. Avery was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We had everything we had ordered and headed home to eat.
We live close by and were home about 2 minutes later. We immediately sat down to eat and all of our food was made correctly, as ordered, and fresh.
I honestly cannot think of anything that could have been done differently or better. Thank you Sonic for cooking our dinner tonight! Everything was great!

I had an awesome experience with Patrick this evening! He did a great job, personalized our conversation, and even told me how he handled a small mishap earlier today. Since today was his first day at this location, I hope I was able to make his day a bit better.
My wife and I frequently order at and LOVE this location. We always have fantastic experiences, service, and food quality.
The ONLY bad thing about this location is the abysmal cell reception! I often need to drive over to the Kroger parking lot to “check in” for or finish my mobile app order. Obviously the restaurant can’t do anything about that, but it’s worth noting.
Thank you to the managers, Patrick, and all workers who make this Sonic location worth returning to almost weekly!

Ordered a a #3 and #10 for $26.79 and came out in 5 min. Everything was soaked in grease and burnt, like they just threw it back in the fryer because they were too lazy to make it fresh. Save your money!!

I recently had an outstanding experience at the Sonic located off Lake Forest Drive and University Dr., and it was entirely due to the incredible customer service provided by Mariah.
From the moment I placed my order, Mariah was cheerful, polite, and genuinely engaged. She was attentive to detail, ensuring my order was taken accurately and even double-checking a modification to make sure it was exactly what I wanted.
When my food was delivered, it was quick, hot, and presented perfectly. What truly set the experience apart was Mariah’s positive attitude. She handled the transaction with remarkable efficiency and a warm smile, making me feel valued as a customer. In an age where great service can be hit-or-miss, Mariah is a true star and a fantastic representative for the Sonic brand. Absolutely the WORST sonic!
Cold food, so much mayo we had to trash the sandwiches, brown lettuce, fry container not even half full, no napkins, no receipt, no straws. FIND A DIFFERENT ONE TO GO TO!!

This is gonna sound ridiculous but today I visited and wasted 20+ minutes here and my money. From the moment I ordered I felt like my order would be wrong, I ordered a diet cranberry limeade. They repeated my order back to me without saying diet. I clarified diet. They said yes diet cranberry limeade. The screen was broken at my stall
What I got 5 minutes later was tap water with cranberry syrup. It tasted like cranberry juice. No gas and no limes. Definitely not a diet drink. My receipt said cranberry limeade.
I went through the drive thru to try and get my drink corrected. I waited about 15 minutes and at the window the same man who took my order apologizes “sincerely”. I ask for a regular diet limeade and he says of course. A female employee gives me a drink back that looks like the same cup with more water added to the top. Another drink with no soda water, cranberry syrup, and no limes.
When I got home I tossed it into the sink and there were no limes or gas in my sonic limeade. A cranberry limeade I asked to remake. Something is really wrong at this location.
