From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.
Classic burger chain serving customizable burgers, hand-cut fries & shakes.

Overrated. Drive thru busy as heck. Worse while waiting indoors. Terrible parking. Didn’t get my food until 45 min later! Absolutely ridiculous. They run basically a conveyor line of workers who just do one task and none seem to get things done quick enough still. There looked to be 50 employees in the back which is absolutely ridiculous. Customers were jammed packed in the restaurant. Lots of body heat. It is not worth the wait because all the hype saying they have the best burgers and fries is an absolute lie. Their name is a lie. You’re in and waiting forever. I can get “in and out” at McDonald’s, Burger King, or Carl’s Jr and be satisfied. Burger at this place was just ok. Nothing spectacular. McDonald fries are also better. Price is ok. I would give it another chance but I can’t see myself waiting forever for what’s supposed to be fast food.

This was my first time here so I didnt know what to expect. The food was good and service was fast even when they’re packed to the brim. Walked in and order 14 burgers for a company lunch and I expected to wait longer then I actually did. Really impress with the speed and accuracy. The price for each burger is also really good.

I’ve been to various In-N-Out across the US and this is by far the best one I have been to. They are always busy, too busy that they couldn’t keep up with clearing/cleaning the vacated tables. Other than that, their service is always great and they keep their bathrooms clean. I wish their patties were thicker and you can actually bite into it. Their fries, for the most part are fresh and I find their sundaes too sweet, but the kids seem to like them.

I love this restaurant. They are always clean, friendly and quick to order, despite the huge lines for delivery and into the restaurant. We recently found out from an acquaintance that In-n-out has a secret menu! So on Friday today we went to check it out and ordered a 3*3 burger (with three patties), Animal style cheeseburger (with pickles and fried onions) and cheese fries (the fries had a slice of cheese melted on them) and regular fries. Everything was delicious!

I don’t eat at in n out for a few reasons one because that line and the wait time is insane honestly. But at this store site the wait time was less than 5mins and the line was decent. I was very impressed overall

I give up on this location. I love getting their milkshakes but I can’t go through the the drive thru for one. I talked to management before because they get them ready way before you get to the window so they just sit there and melt. They line all the drinks up, which is efficient, but reduces quality. I won’t be going there again.

This is by far the best location I have ever been to. One of the workers was proactively walking around checking order numbers and bringing orders to tables (rather than yelling out the number) and it was such a thoughtful touch. This is also the cleanest in n out I’ve ever been to. Their drive thru line can get long but they do a good job of keeping it moving. This is my go-to in n out location!!

This brand new In-N-Out at Tulare on Clovis Ave is snappin’ and the employees are friendly and helpful. I witnessed guests who had finished eating were offered for their service trays to be cleared, like eating a family meal at home. Aaron and Joshua were helpful and the kitchen was fast.

Tried and true. Food is always fresh and tasty. The menu fortunately never changes or gets tweaked like other places. I walk in, get greeted with a smile and enjoy all my favorites in a clean dining room as always. At a much better value. And, customer service (no kiosks!) It’s a shameful that California’s policies have driven their headquarters to TN. I do hope the business stays the same here in CA.

Whatever you don’t order a single burger. The meat is paper thin, you will be eating a bun, onions lettuce and tomatoes. Absolutely, the worst hamburger I ever ate. I feel like I just got ripped off. The fries were decent and the milkshake was decent. I don’t know what the hype is over this place. Besides the long wait, the service was decent. Ever hear that saying it looks good on the outside, but rotten on the inside, this is it
