My wife and I had a later dinner there about 9 pm… we both ordered the ft long coney combo for a change… when we had received the food, the bread was not heated, the chili was room temperature and dark in color from looking like it had been sitting out for awhile and not heated..the shredded cheese was also not melted and at room temp…they were obviously not properly heated and not steamed in the steaming table as it should of been …. it was gross at the first bites and had to be thrown away…

Took several attempts to get my order and get it correct. After an app order. Had to wait extra after they said the order was@being delivered. After that had to wait for fries since they were out of tots (see p9c of half empty fries) and then was missing gravy. Finally got it all.

I’ve been sitting here for a little while waiting on my food seeing the cars around me go first, but I wasn’t necessarily worried because they are busy here. When our server finally came out with our food he was in a hurry, yet he was polite apologetic for the wait and to top everything off the manager sent out a coupon for us patiently waiting. Top notch service!
