The only thing they got right was the drinks. We went 3 miles back just to get Sonic. A Sunday night on a busy highway one expects Sonic to be busy. However, you also expect them to be prepared. It took about 15+ minutes to get our food. One hand burger was cool to the touch (but made right). One hand burger was supposed to be without lettuce or onion, I just pulled it off. The junior burger wasn’t a burger at all, it was a breakfast sandwich. And sadest of all, next to the cold burger, was cold fries that tasted burnt. Honestly, the most disappointing Sonic experience ever. (& y’all know I live at Sonic) I wish I’d checked our order before we got back on the road but we were already delayed. Oh! The Sonic girl was friendly so there is that. We drive thru Atoka a few times a year…not sure we’ll be stopping again unless it just happens to be Happy Hour. Hoping this was just am off-night for them.

I really enjoy the Sonic toaster! I get them regularly and always happy. Real egg which I appreciate. Also cheaper toaster than anywhere else in town. My cheapness likes that.

I ordered on the app, Jazz was my carhop she was the rudest car hop I’ve had, not to be confused with Jasmine, Jasmine is always amazing! The other girl needs to be taught better customer service though because she was awful.

Ordered a large drink and received 90% ice. Went back a couple days later and asked for the same drink with “ez ice” (light ice), which I received the same amount of ice. This Sonic does not care.

Depends on time of day and who’s working but we seem to get the person on the intercom comes off as rude or bothered that we’ve pushed the button to order. The delivery people seem more friendly most of the time than not.
