I love Tim Hortons, This one Is my normal everyday stop, Customer service is Awesome! I have to say that staff are Amazing ,very polite And always get that nice Welcome. Now I won’t lie Everyone has there days where we might think as customers that just by the sound of someone’s voice going through drive-thru I’ve heard of people say going through many drive-thrus. Disgusting location. I specifically asked for no cheese (dairy intolerance) & observed the server preparing an order with cheese immediately before making mine, without changing theirprep gloves. When I called them out on it I was given attitude and staff present insisted they were told by their management they didn’t have to change their prep gloves between servings. Not one of them clued in about allergy, let alone hygiene, issues, as they also touched various station surfaces and handles after the previous order prep to mine. Contacting Tim Hortons head office was a waste of time, they advised they take my concerns seriously, they’d share them with the location, but I was with someone else just months later and still observed this practice of “preserving to cost of supplies.” Contacting Tim’s head office turned out to be a complete waste of time, so leaving this review instead.

This outlet always run out of food. It’s happened more than four times in row. I was having promotion on App about Timbits and came to this store and order the same food under promotion but server said they did not made yet and it was 7:30am. Now recently when I order chicken Harbeno bowl they firstly take the payment and told me that they will make crispy and than non professional staff called me from back and said sorry they cannot do because they already off the cooking machines. If this outlet is opened till 10pm and whenever I order they usually say me chicken items last order taken by 7:30pm and garlic breads by 7:00pm. It’s seems like they are so unprofessional and they must know that they representing Tim Horton not an Asian corner coffee shop. Always disappointing and staff is very unkind in nature. I already lodged the complaint on Tim Horton feedback form. Staff must be aware that they are representing the brand not a local coffee shop.

A usual pit stop when traveling in and out of this area, convenient location. Though the bathrooms are not always in the best state. That said, the food is acceptable 90% of the time, hence the 4 stars.

I visit the cafe very often but always experienced a service by girls with lousy face filled with attitude and rudeness..yet continue coming because of the food.
But this time it was very different and so fantastic. The boy named Kaden was so polite, attentive to what i wanted and provided an outstanding customer service. Everytime i ask for a “warmed” cookie and the girl “heats” it up, dumps it in the bag where all the cream/caramel sticks in the bag.
But this boy packed it beautifully in a bag and considered my willingness to very much have the cream too. Hope more employees like him are hired. Thanks for the wonderful service and a classic experience…

I used to go to this location before work for coffee every morning, but not anymore.
1 out of 4 times they get my order wrong (says its 2 milk 2 sugar but never tastes the same) on top of barely ever having everything bagels ready (I would try once at 530 am and again at 3, they would never have any) as well as tea biscuits.
I’ve gone back to get it straightened out once, but after it keeps happening I just get tired of it, so I stopped going for a few months, just started making coffee at home.
Today was the first day I’ve been back in months and I ordered a coffee and cheese tea biscuit. The coffee was OK but they gave me a raisin tea biscuit instead.
Instead of the worker giving me another cheese tea biscuit she says they don’t have any and I’ll have to wait for them to put some on (odd that they didn’t have some already on) but I opted for tidbits and a coffee for free for my troubles.
Not only does the lady refuse the coffee but then makes remarks to me about how “I should have checked the bag before I left” as if its my job to check every single time to make sure my order is right.
If I have to check my bag everytime to make sure what I got was correct, then your incompetent at the job and should re-evaluate how you approach your job.
Its actually amazing how often this location screws up an order, and the balls to try and say its my fault for not checking the bag is wild.
0/10, find competent workers, because I will never purchase anything from there again, and to be honest, this may be the last nail in the tim hortons coffin for me.

I’m so frustrated for the employee that served me today. He looks to be the only one on the floor while it is busy. This is so unfair to the worker that I’m upset for him. This tim Hortons needs to hire more people this is unfair to this poor worker/workers. He is working both the drive through, front, drinks etc. he gave great service for someone who is the only person on the floor. There was people hiding in the back and he’s doing a great job. I believe the employee said his name is dip. Thank dip for holding up this damn store!!! He’s doing great!
