Ordered a royal chicken sandwich at the drive through. It’s supposed to have lettuce, tomato and mayo plus whatever. The sandwich had none of that. It was just the chicken and two buns. Of course this is the drive-thru so you don’t see it until you’re long gone. Awful!

Absolutely abominable food, customer service & all young employees who don’t seem to appreciate or care about their jobs & how they treat patrons in the slightest. The floors, tables, bathrooms, equipment always filthy & nasty. Always an extremely, unacceptably long wait even with one or no other people ordering at counter, once again we waited approx. 75 minutes for one little bag! There was no ice & they never did anything about it in spite of every customer eating inside or ordering to go letting them know. The red light was flashing on the icecream machine most likely for hours but not one employee addressed & filled it, when a customer requested an icecream cone the young female employee appeared very disgruntled that she had to bring over a small bag to pour it’s contents into the machine which took a matter of seconds! Most of the soda options were not refilled either & remained unavailable while the immature, inappropriate behaving employees were loudly singing, laughing & throwing food items at each other. The orders ALWAYS either have items missing, wrong or not prepared properly (no cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato, etc.) It does not matter how patient or polite a person you are they will respond to you very disrespectfully & unprofessionally, I even overheard them laughing about, threatening & loudly badmouthing a customer that left who they’d just publicly diminished & berated just because he’d been waiting over an hour for a tiny order & wondered if he’d been forgotten. The Dartmouth Burger King needs to consider a complete overhaul of their hiring & business practices as the current climate there is one of total dysfunction & disregard for paying guests, their time, money & right to safe, sanitary conditions. Do not go here. We waiting in the drive through so long we decided to go inside. Worst decision ever. The place was dirty and full of teenagers that do not care. They were too much talking to each other, with no sense of urgency. There was three people sitting doing nothing. They were even on their phones. The machines were disgusting. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Management should be ashamed.

Really inconsistent food quality. Sometimes its good and sometimes you get really burnt up unedibale food like the pictures shown below. This was suppose to be a crispy chicken sandwich. Idk what I got.
Despite the quality of food prep, employees at this location are always polite and excel in customer service, esp compared to nearby fast food locations.

Absolutely horrible service every, single, time!!! They NEVER get the order right, EVER!! And it’s always, cold, and it looks like it was whipped against the wall and repackaged, The sandwiches either have no condiments on them and the t are super dry or There is so much on that it makes it sloppy disgusting mess That you can’t even eat. There’s no consistency, and then if you try and call the store nobody ever answers, you could let it ring for an hour and no one will answer the phone. Whoever owns this franchise should be embarrassed. I just spent $17 on food that was disgusting and i eat, and i couldn’t even call to get a refund or replacement because no one answers the phone, this place is a joke And should be shut down for ripping people off.

This BK is the strangest one. Always takes a long time for the food. They make you wait the first window or push you through. Literally just ordered two burgers waiting 15 minutes no one in line or in the store. It seems like only the darkness one has this problem

Everytime we come here the order is wrong. Tonite they had us pull forward to wait for chicken fries. After a good 10 minutes came out and gave us the order. Guess what…no chicken fries in bag. Back thru the drive thru. Just handed the bag without a we’re sorry or thank you. Get home and 3 of the other items we’re wrong. Last time going to rt 6 location. Will drive the few extra miles to go to another.

$5 for a medium fry to get this and terrible customer service. There are two great guys that work here but other wise no they’re rude, and not friendly. I have given them numerous chances to prove me wrong, try to chalk it up to bad days we’ve all been there but the way they treat customers is terrible. The women are extremely rude at the window too. I just don’t get it. Someone needs to retrain them in customer service.

Bathroom soap dispenser: empty. Almost all the soda flavors: empty. Dine in food tray: covered in nasty goo, so bad that I wanted to wash my hands after carrying it. But I could not due to the aforementioned empty soap dispenser.
The food was fine but Burger King really needs to look at these poorly managed stores.
