Update, when things go bad to worse! Spent over 1 hour with a bot, and then outsourced, out-of-country call center… they offered a small chicken bites, with purchase of $5 or more. Original post….

Gonna have to find a different location, even though this one is very close to my house. I’m so glad I broke my corn dog open, before trying to eat it. Not that I COULD eat it, since the outside was so hard, I probably would have broken a tooth. This is absolutely disgusting. This was rotting. You can’t really tell in the pictures, but it’s GREEN. It’s a corn dog. Is this complete disregard, or is the company so cheap that they’ll risk making someone sick, to save 20¢ on a corn dog? Loyal customer for years. Always tip. I know losing one customer doesn’t matter, but this is just ridiculous.

I put in an online order, for a drink and a burger. Although there were multiple choices with a multitude of options available …. Extra sweet cream for the twisted flamingo wasn’t an available option. Other than that the service was prompt and friendly, the burger was great and the drink was pretty good also!!

I saw the same guy another review post said was taking pics of customer cards working there a couple days ago. I called the # Sonic provided, the guy just doesn’t communicate well and leaves you on “hold” with no music, no response. Looks like I have to cancel my cards and avoid this place too.

They removed the table for pedestrians and the kiosk doesn’t work, so you have to stand in a stall and hope a car doesn’t swing in and hit you. They want only people who can afford cars in this economy there, and no people stopping by for a bite to eat while exploring the city on foot with your friends. The “brownie blast” image is chocolate, but the actual ice cream is just vanilla with a few brownie chunks thrown in. The chocolate flakes tasted cheap. Normally Sonic is amazing, not sure what’s been going on lately. The jalapeño poppers are still awesome as usual. No one offered a sauce with it (normally they throw a ranch packet in or ask you).

My booth screen wasn’t working, so when my food was brought to me, this man took my card from me, took it 2 booths down, and pulled his phone out of his pocket. I can only assume he took a picture of my card to use it for fraud purposes. I canceled my $11,000 limit credit card immediately before I left the parking lot.

Very nice people. I love their drink s. They have a great crushed ice. But $2.27 for maybe 12 oz of soda is insane. I ordered a medium. I (incorrectly) thought that was a 32 oz. The total was $2.27. Still absolutely insanely overpriced, but they bring it to the car, crushed ice, good soda, so I could justify it being about $0.60 over the price of a QT 32 oz frozen drink. Then, the very nice, super fast server brought this out. When I got home I refilled it with a 12 oz can of soda. I couldn’t even put half a can in there. Granted I asked for extra ice. But not even 6 oz for $2.27. Absolutely insane highway robbery for a drink. I will not be buying it again. Unless I can afford to splurge.

Rob me of my drink when you’re literally sonic. The bare minimum should be getting drinks right. The amount of ice in this drink is already too much for a normal amount. I ordered lite-ice, and this just feels like robbery.
