I know it’s a steak house but I gotta say the French fries here is amazing. Highly recommend pay extra 1£ for the sweet potato fries. Love it!

Very disappointing. The food was nice. The customer service was awful – rude and surly. The potato gratin I ordered was totally dry – had spent far too long sitting in the oven. Both waitresses looked at me like I was some weirdo nuisance when I (very politely) pointed this out. When I also (politely) pointed out it would be nice if they offered even a small gesture to make up for this (I had spent £33 on this dish after all!), I just got a load of argument and attitude that she wasn’t the manager so there was nothing she could do. Just so rude and unpleasant. Finally they agreed to give us 10% off our very generous bill, but slapped it down on the table in a strop and let us work it out for ourselves. I have never before spent £33 on on one single dish in a restaurant! The very least I’d expected was reasonably pleasant and helpful service! There are loads of lovely places to go in Cambridge, I’d pass on this one, sadly.

Tried beef fillet and ribeye this time. The steaks are good and well prepared. My ribeye was a bit too chewy at the edge though. French fries are gorgeous and best. Really delicious I have to say. The downside is the environment, not big space indoor. And the music is quite annoying and stressful vibe. Prefer to eat in a more relaxed atmosphere. The service is okay, wrongly swapped my coleslaw order with salad. May come back again.

Excellent experience all around. All of the food was delicious and they take great care in preparing every dish. Even the coleslaw is a Polish recipe from the chef’s family that features 12 spices. I can’t recommend this place enough for a great meal in a relaxed environment.

Stopped in for dinner as a group of 5 after visiting the Botanical Garden Christmas lights as just a few min walk away. As you walk in you get to see a vast selection of steak in the chiller cabinet
We were seated fast and order soon taken. Great selection of steak and sides available. Food came out in good time and was fantastic, all the steaks were very well cooked just as ordered!
Great selection of craft beer also, will visit again

Lovely appetisers and definitely want to try some other new things next time.
Steaks were cooked perfectly, not chewy at all, very tender and full of flavour, comes with choice of sauce, potatoes and salad too and considering the price it’s a great value.
Quite small selections of wines but still got good ones.
If you looking for a quality steakhouse, this is the one and definitely worth the money. I really can’t wait to try other menus next time
