Lovely and quaint restaurant that I’ve passed numerous times and finally decided to try. The staff is very friendly and nice. I love love love there sticky ribs. Meat falls right of the bone, cooked and seasoned just right! Pizzas are cooked in brick oven and comes out nice a hot. A good selection of food items. They do have onsite parking and if the lot gets full you can always park across the street and pay for parking.

We just celebrated our first wedding anniversary, and we still can’t stop talking about how perfect our wedding day at In Riva was. This restaurant has always been such a special place for us to celebrate life’s moments, so it only felt right to get married there. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely incredible, the atmosphere and views were so beautiful, and every detail was handled with special thought.
Artie and his team went above and beyond to help us create the perfect menu and bring our vision to life. Our guests are still raving about how amazing the food was and how fun and memorable the night felt — many have even been back since to enjoy it again. We’re so grateful to In Riva for making our wedding day so special.

This was a quick stop before an event at World Cafe Live, but it was a nice experience. The menu is limited with a few decent staples. I got the burger and fries with the fried rice balls with cheese in marinara. Both were good but the burger though cooked perfectly had no seasoning. Fries were standard fair. Thr rice balls were quite good and different. Price was reasonable. My partner got prime rib and Brussel sprouts. The rib was great, thr Brussel sprouts below average. You will spend about 70 to 100 for 2 people with a few drinks and the atmosphere is nice and qell lit.

Please bring the chicken Parmesan back! It was the reason this place once was a weekly hot spot for me!! The meatballs and sticky ribs are just delicious. They also have a cocktail with a scoop of lemon sherbet that’s a must have!! I definitely recommend and will be back❤️

I Always wonder why i dont go here more often until i go here. Even on the hottest days it takes forever to get waters. The crab ravioli was single note w no sauce. The salad lacked the noted key ingredient. The octopus was both chewy and hard. Pizza for my 4 year old was descent. Priced too high for the offering. 1 of 3 drinks (water).

Great find in East Falls. Unique menu with smallish servings. Everything we had was solid and the service was great. Outdoor seating is great!

So let me start off by saying the outside of the establishment is nice. Also have parking for customers.. me and My Niece went here because online and on the website said they had happy hour! If you go on the website, it have a whole happy hour menu, when we asked for the happy hour menu it was basically pizza and beer! So number one the website is false advertisement!!! They do not have happy hour like other restaurants! !!! so I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it came with a beer. The pizza was super greasy, and the cheese was thick, which equals horrible.! Next is the grill shrimp with an olive oil dressing! The waiter told me it comes with noodles so I got it, when it came to the table, it looked like jelly!!! the olives was huge. The taste was there, but honestly, it was just too much going on for me.! Also a bug flew on my beer. Smh I’m low-key upset. I paid for the whole service, if this is your type of atmosphere cool, but me personally I do not recommend it..

The portion sizes and the taste of the food here is mediocre. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED and not at all worth the prices. It’s insane to think that you can spend easily $200 here and the portion sizes are enough for just 1 person. The pasta lacked flavor 🙁 and for $26 buckaroos woah yeah.. we left hungry and had no other choice but to buy take out from a different restaurant. It took me back to when I was 5 being served in a kids bowl not even a cup of pasta on my plate.
I wanted to add that we went on Valentine’s Day for a dinner and they had a whole wedding upstairs happening while couples tried to enjoy their dinner. Not only was it over-stimulating, the service was horrible. There were 3 different songs playing, severs were either dancing or on their phones near the entrance, or devoting their energy into the event upstairs. Please make sure next time during a holiday if there is an event that will occur during a reservation time, you alert your customers prior to committing (especially for those with sensory-auditory problems) in my case. I would’ve happily picked a different time and still try the place out. I would’ve valued the honesty/transparency from the establishment.
2 stars because the eggplant appetizer was pretty good but this place just gives off wine and dine pizza spot.

Absolutely one of my top five places in Philly. As Jersey girls we know good Italian and I can easily say we will be back once a week. Not only was the food delicious, Randal the general manager went above and beyond for us. Could not have had a better experience and it was all because of him (along with the good ofc)

This is my first-ever review, but after the worst date I’ve taken my girlfriend on, I felt compelled to share. She was excited to make the reservation, we used to come here all the time when we lived in East Falls. So we stopped by last Valentine’s Day weekend & here’s how it went:
Our server was absent most of the night, the music was so loud, and the food, (which is expensive!!) wasn’t coursed at all. We ordered several items from the Valentine’s Day menu. Although they advertised the same chef, the food felt completely different. Dishes were either chewy (artichokes), flavorless (beet salad), or overwhelmingly salty (crab ravioli). Most of the items: pastas, antipasti, pizzas haven’t changed in a long time. It’s either new and really underwhelming or old and poorly executed (our pizza’s crust was burnt and there was a massive hole in the middle). The open kitchen gave us a clear view of some loud and immature staff members by the pizza station. We each got a Lietti, but they tasted totally different (one way more tart).
The atmosphere felt more like a decorated high school cafeteria than an upscale Valentine’s destination… paired with subpar expensive food. We still always tip at least 20%, but we briefly considered otherwise. Overall, it felt like a money grab. In Riva, what a bust.
