My husband and I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch nothing too big, nothing overly filling. My husband took me to Box of Cubans here in Riverview. The Cuban sandwiches from Box of Cubans in Riverview were absolutely delicious, packed with protein, and was a great portions size as displayed in the photos. My husband and I actually compared these sandwiches to the ones at Teresita restaurant in Tampa, they were that good! We also enjoyed the atmosphere and the customer service was absolutely phenominal! We had a truly positive experience! If you’re scrolling trying to find a bite to eat but can’t decide and you come across box of cubans, give it a try it won’t disappoint!!!

I live in Plant city but since I had this sandwich previously, I can tell you that it’s worth every stinking mile!! Over five decades in this area and hands-down this is the best pressed Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had in my life! If you read this and don’t try it yourself then shame on you lol

Lovely place! Great customer service from the moment I stepped in the establishment. I ordered the omelet and it was LOADED! only “gripe” is I should have asked for no tomatoes but that’s on me for not reading. Chef came around to ask me how was it…AWESOME BRO! Will return.

Recap today had to change my review of the food ,ordered the ham sandwich today and my bread was burnt and had a burnt flavor so strong could not eat. Previously Ordered the cuban and the ham sandwich, the cuban was really good and the bread had a really good flavor and texture. I think I enjoyed the ham sandwich a little more. Was a little wait , next time will call in order.

We visited this restaurant shortly after it first opened, and the food was excellent. On one of our sandwiches, we unfortunately found a hair. After bringing this to the owner’s attention, they promptly replaced the sandwich without any issues.
We were very impressed with their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction. Based on the quality of the food and the attentive service, we highly recommend this establishment.

Wow! Highly impressed by the customer service at this place. From the moment I walked in they were very inviting and promptly took my order. The cafe espresso con leche was amazing and the guava pastry/cuban sandwich was tasty as well.

1st vist today, though my mom and dad go often. I am not from this area and I have found it hard to find good coffee places. This one is a keeper. Nice place to have coffee, pastries and a bite to eat, all fesh. Friendly, comfortable environment where you can tell the owners care about it’s customers. Would love to go back and have breakfast next time I am in Florida.

All I have to say is WOW! If you haven’t had their food you are crazy. Stop going to MC Donald’s and ordering a Big Mac. Come to box of Cubans and get your self a chop cheese sandwich and a beef and cheese empanada.
