This place was terrible. Waited almost 5 minutes for them to take our order and we were the only ones in the parking lot. Then it took 4 tries for them to get our order right. Then when they completed the order it still wasn’t right. We called back and tried to get them to correct the order they couldn’t find it. We told them to cancel our order and we left. The interesting thing we were the only ones there. I wonder what would have happened if they were crowded.

do NOT go to this sonic. Slowest sonic on the planet. Their app is never working. Cold food. I have gone here 4 times in the past month and I was able to get my stuff one time after waiting 25 minutes. The other times I just ended up leaving due to waiting so long. Literal buns running this place.

The kids who run this place shut the stalls down and only do drive through all the time because they don’t want to work. You can sit in the line a long time to finally get to the window and see a bunch of people standing around in a circle and maybe 1 person actually working. I’ve called the number that get posted on these reviews and they say they tell the manger, I laughed and said the manger doesn’t care at all because they allow a full staff of people to do drive through only even on busy days. They are so lazy!!! If the managers don’t want to work and keep the staff working properly they all need to be fired.

I used to give it five stars I would tip the workers really well $9 tip on a good day and all I ordered was a couple slushes it was a good way for me to walk my Rottweiler but today I go through and as usual go to place my order and the stalls are full and the employees are waiting on the customers there and after leaving me standing there for a good 20 minutes besides to let me know that they’re not taking any more orders except for the drive-thru now they do not have to leave me standing there I will not be going back to that Sonic again plus they don’t even support in-app purchases.

Would not let me order unless I drive through the drive thru. Told me at the parking spot that not enough people showed up to work. Get around to the drive thru window after about a 25 minute wait and there are 2 guys just standing in there having a good ol time ignoring all the customers. In my opinion if not enough workers show up, the manager should come in to make sure business runs smooth. Letting kids run a business that is supposed to be “fast food” will not work. They don’t care if your business fails. They will just go down the street and stand around until the next business fails.

This place sucks now. I was a regular customer I always order from sonic because I live so close. I will order 15 minutes before I get there and they still take 15-20 minutes to get my food like what. Now the food quality sucks. Gonna forget about this place soon and continue going to other drive through an around.

This sonic is such a joke. Wait 45 mins and they still mess up your order. Good luck getting a receipt. The fries are always cold and drinks are always watered down

My husband ordered from the app last night a little before closing. Pretty simple order 2 supersonic chili cheese tots and 2 strawberry limeade. Except for the fact that there was NO chilli on our tots. So I’ll give 2 stars 1 for the cheese and 1 for the tots.

Waited 35 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 pretzels with cheese. Order finally comes out and they didn’t give us the cheese. Push the button and tell the lady they didn’t give us the cheese with our order. She’s extremely rude and hangs up on us. Push button again. Different lady responds and we tell her. Lady that originally brought the order out comes running out with the cheese apologizing. Wasn’t her fault. That first woman that picked up and was rude almost ruined this location for me.

The service was terrible. They had their ice cream machine down at 8 o’clock even though the location closed at 11pm. I asked about my mobile order and I was told they never received it; however, he refused to look up the order by the order number or name. He then told me I should process a refund instead.
