I waited twenty minutes for my food and it never came. However, they charged my card for the order and could not refund my money at the restaurant. I was told to call Sonic corporate to get a refund. They couldn’t help me either snd told me the store had to do the refund. This is terrible customer service from both this store and Sonic corporate.

Redeemed a coupon from the app for 1/2 price coney, car hop did not bring it , when we pushed the buzzer car hop answers and gives the call to the manager. He says carhop did bring it but that he will get us ANOTHER one. He says he has to believe his car hop, so I’m the liar for a coupon coney. Really?

I have. Ever had worse service in my life. My husband and I were driving through Hobart and decided to stop at Sonic for supper and a drink. I lived here as a young girl and it was more of walk down memory lane We waited for 20 minutes for our food and rang back to the store and were told rudely “you all showed up at the same time and your food will be out when it’s out”. I have NEVER been spoken to in this manner. What happened to decent respect for other humans especially paying customers. I am very disappointed
