You eat in your vehicle. Food is never hot or fresh. Burgers are thin meat & always taste different than any other sonic in Oklahoma. Not very good. We usually just get drinks here. Food isn’t ever hot. Some staff is nice some is so so.

I always order a grilled cheese with pickles on the side. Normally, the order taker enters the grilled cheese + pickles and adds a comment for the pickles to be on the side. However, this order taker added a side of jalapenos for $.60 and stated he did that because they don’t have an entry for pickles. Ridiculous. I got my food shortly after ordering the grilled cheese was terrible. I don’t think they added butter to the bread before they put it on the grill. The corn dog did not have a sweet batter according to the other person I was with. The drinks were okay, but those are hard to mess up. I am disappointed to have traveled over 2000 miles home eating at Sonics all along the way to find out this Sonic is not on par with the others and is the absolute worst I have experienced.

On the main town highway sitting outside fighting the harsh common strong winds… not pleasing. They really should add indoor dining. The server was pleasant and service was quick. What lacked here I felt is a return visit from any server to ask how my meal was and if I needed anything else. I did reach out to another server to help me with a to go bag.

I placed my order on the app drove into town 15 minutes later and still waited another 15 minutes. Now usually I hardly wait long so I was a little annoyed because I was in a hurry.
Well my carhop was Casandra ( not sure if I spelled that correctly because I called the manager to get her name) and she was very friendly and stayed that way even though I had a arrogant entitlement tone in my voice. She answered my questions and wished me a great evening and you know what, she genuinely meant it. I know stuff happens and sometimes it makes for a bad experience but good people can make bad situations tolerable. Thank you Casandra and I’m sorry if I was rude but you handled it great.

More times that not this place gets the order wrong and or doesn’t even get complete order. On top of that this dump has started to threaten to kick individuals off of the lot for vehicle exhaust, stereos and what not being too loud. How about you concentrate on getting an order correct instead of trying to flex.

Service was too slow. I was just passing through and decided to stop and just get some shakes. It wasn’t that busy so I thought I would be there and gone in no time. It took about 20-30 minutes for 3 shakes to be made. That’s all I ordered. And there were maybe 4 other cars there and 1 through the drive thru.*UPDATE* Went there again due to there only being 3 fast food places in cordell. Staff is very rude and slow. In the end I HIGHLY recommend NOT to go here! I would rather eat subway everytime I go out just due to the staff there actually having respect for the customer an it not taking atleast half an hour to get anything.

We had a fantastic visit tonight at our local sonic. The young man in the drive thru window was very courteous and helpful. Food was tasty and the blast my son ordered was very good! Kudos! And wait time was quick.
