Solid experience overall! I ordered a chili dog, a burger, and some jalapeño poppers, all of which hit the spot. The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful, though not quite “mind-blowing,” hence the four stars.
Service, however, was excellent, fast, friendly, and surprisingly attentive for a drive-in. The staff had my order out quickly and with a smile. The atmosphere was classic Sonic, casual, convenient, but a bit dated and could use some sprucing up.
All in all, a great stop for comfort food and good vibes. I’d definitely come back for another round of poppers and that chili dog.

When great service is recognized, I must say something. I ordered a BLT with extra bacon cooked soft. That is exactly what I got. Very friendly and confident staff members about food. This will definitely be my summer sandwich. I will give a shout out on my social media page as well thanks for a wonderful start to my morning. I’ll be back

So today on 10/28/2025 I went to this Sonic like I always do to get a lemon and lime Route 44 ice water. I pull around to the window to get my water and I see a guy squeezing my lemon and lime in my cup with his bare hands. Nit only that he wiped his face and rubbed his hands on his dirty pants. Then brings my cup to the window and sit if down. Never made i contact with me. I drove off, called the manager and she tells me they have gloves on now. Are you serious. How many times has this happened before I actually seen it. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SONIC AGAIN. Just nasty. And the Manager was very dry. Poor customer service all the way around.

I’m a lifelong customer. I had to try the new Oct. 2024 Witches Brew Slush. I love the green apple n caramel taste w/ the surprise popping bobas. Personally, I would prefer less vanilla ice-cream, other than that, this is a holiday treat favorite.

Last night we decided to get some milkshakes/ice cream and I was thrilled with the service I got those girls worked real hard to make our shakes enjoyable and they did not disappoint! We got a chocolate chip cookie dough with p-nut butter and the chocolate Oreo cheesecake. Also strawberry cheese cake and banana strawberry everybody enjoyed them and we’re happy with the end result thankyou again 🙂

Ordered #10 thru Drive-thru, 12 dollars. Service was fast. Food – inedible.
Wilted HOT lettuce and pickles.
Chicken breast seemed like it was sitting out and reheated in oil. Approx one inch long dark hair was in the middle of the sandwich, which I chewed on until noticing it finally.
Onion rings were stuck together to form one giant oil soaked mass of grossness.
Manager was understanding, gave a quick apology and I brought the food back and asked for a refund.
The 2nd photo has the hair in it, if you look carefully on the wrapper

Slow service for two drinks. Waited 10-min. once. And almost 10-min. 2-more times. Go during happy hour cause $8. & 10 min. Wait.?!. The drinks were good, though.

I waited 25min for a chicken wrap that I never received and the had to request a refund to my card. Everyone in the drive up received there order, I had 5 cars pull up next to me and got there order and left. There’s no way one chicken wrap takes almost 30min to make. POOR SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT

I ordered a medium buffalo popcorn chicken, which costs $5.38. This is what I got! I would hate to see what the small portion size is. What a joke! The only positive was that it was brought out quick and the girl was nice.
