Every time my wife and I order two burger meals, one is usually fresh while the other is burnt, as if it has been reheated multiple times or even left over from the day before.
Today, I paid £35 for two burger meals and a kids’ meal, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The food was not worth the price at all. I was very hungry, so I didn’t go back to request a refund, but both my wife and I could only eat half before throwing the rest in the bin.
This has happened several times, and it’s unacceptable. Unless this issue is addressed immediately, I will not be eating at this Burger King again. The management team needs to take urgent action to improve the quality and consistency of the food.

Location is convenient. Food ordering is easy, can do it by Kiosk and customize your sandwich or by the counter and say everything you like.
Crew were nice and efficient.

It’s ok, it was our first time visiting this particular branch and the food was surprisingly warmer than most other Burger Kings although the lettuce in our Whoppers was definitely past it’s best being visibly brown in places.
The staff were friendly and generally helpful too but the company tries it’s hardest to make you pay via card rather than cash as they won’t even let you order at the till, you must first order your food on the screens where there was no option on the day to pay by cash at the till even though the lady working there thought there was and even checked my screen.
In the end I had to order again at the till so I could pay in cash.
A ridiculous system but by all accounts the staff aren’t normally allowed to take your order directly even when they are available to do so!

Bun is dry, burger doesn’t even have burn marks on so it makes me think it’s just looked at the grill on the way past. Now I understand why the service was so fast. Definitely not going back.

Easy to order cash or card. This is part of a services hotel on site. Toilets are free not part of the burger king. The seating area is technically not part of burger king however they do maintain the area along with other restaurants. The staff of friendly and your order will be completed very quickly.

Amazing environment happy friendly staff and food was tasty and my chicken royale was fresh didn’t hesitate to add pickles in as this is a firm favourite of mine and my Chips salted perfectly. Chilli cheese bites were just as tasty and definitely one of my favourite items on the menu

We decided not to eat here due to the condition of the service’s. Was what seemed to be rubble and cones scattered around! The condition of the males toilets was horrible with blocked toilets and bin bags over overflowing urinals. My daughter came back to me and said there was piss all over the floor in the lady’s in 3 cubicals. Most disgusting toilets i have ever seen in a service’s.

Awesome burgers, love the XL, staff r lovely and friendly, wonderful cheesecakes, would definitely recommend the salted caramel one but the strawberry cheesecake is also nice.
