The only dine-in restaurant in Doubletree and we loved it! Came here for lunch and the mushroom flat bread and carnitas potato was amazing. There’s like only one person working and kind of slow, but we weren’t in hurry and was pretty much chilling so it was alright. Would come back if we come back to the resort!

I am a customer of the at the Paradise Valley double tree by Hilton and I tried to eat dinner at this place today. Arrived at 8.02 pm, they didn’t take my order until 8.40. When I tried to sit at the restaurant, they said they could seat me in about 20 mins. 35 mins past, and no news. Then I went onto rage about how stupid this is. They said another 5 mins, which took 15. By 21:48 I received my food. They said sorry not our fault. Then whose fault? Mine for being patient???

Food was decent, service left something to be desired. It took us 20 minutes to order, 20 to get drinks, 30-45 minutes to get our food, ect. Our server struggled a little bit with our ordering but did comp a side dish he got incorrect which was nice! He was very nice but he seemed to be the only server at the time. I got the carnitas tacos and they were good. I told the server I was allergic to tomato and to keep the sauce off, but they served it to me on the side which I could have done without.

We came for the Breakfast Buffet on a weekday morning. The setup was very nice and it was a complete buffet with both hot and cold foods and fresh fruit. The service was good, but as noted, sometimes slow due to lack of help. We enjoyed our meal, and because we were hotel guests, we charged it to our room. The buffet was a bit pricy, but when we were ready to check out, we noticed we were double-charged for it. The manager of the restaurant had to resolve this, and that person was not available that day. This dampened our stay enough to reduce my review. It was eventually resolved.

Stayed at the double tree the tea was good the food was decent but over priced for the two sandwiches that we got. Additionally we did breakfast the next day that was a good selection great oj but again pretty pricey.

This is a casual dining experience inside Double Tree hotel. The patio was lovely seating. Orders were taken quickly. Food came. Then nothing, no checking back, no drink refills, nearly an hour later – after 2 requests we finally got our bills. They were wrong. Corrected, but make sure you have time to wait, I mean enjoy the evening.

Do not be in any hurry if you’re to eat here. Food was good. Drinks arrived promptly. It took more than half an hour to get a salad and Carnita fries and then almost another half hour to get the bill. Servers were friendly.

Stayed many times at doubletree and the food is never very good. Uninspired selections at every meal. People working at bar or in restaurant are all extremely nice. Don’t think in general the hotel is well managed. But fantastic location and nice pools. Actually even the pool was dirty.
