My order came out good, thank God for that. But what shocked me was the car hopper girl. From past experiences I have been told that if I tip them with card they don’t see that money till days later. With today’s economy I tip with cash so I know hoppers get their money. The girl who came out pretty much tossed our stuff into our vehicle and say bye. Sucks to say that I actually got a good tip for delivering and wanted to pass it forward to her but that attitude cut her loss. Sucks because I like coming to Sonic but this is one I won’t come by for awhile. Maybe the other sonics are still good to swing by. Also the tip part is courtesy not obligated. So her giving attitude is the reason why it’s courtesy and not an obligation.

Ordered just two drinks. It wasn’t busy at all when I arrived, so they came out pretty quick. This was how they were handed to me. When I proceeded to ask the car hop for some napkins nicely she told me “I’d have to go back inside to get them” as if she was bothered by my comment. Will not be coming back.

Waited at the menu in the drive thru for over 5 mins, no answer. Pulled around to a stall and pressed the red button 3 times before leaving. The burgers are always too greasy, too. Should not have to wait for 10+ minutes to get my order in. Ridiculous.

Terrible customer service from management. Ordered a bacon breakfast burrito, when I received it 18 min later (1 other car in a bay and 1 car in drive thru) it was smaller that the palm of my hand. I asked for the manager they sent the kitchen manager. She basically said this is what you are getting. I said I’m not pay 4 for this, she said they are 2.69, so I was like whatever & gave up. Then I looked at my receipt it was 4 & dove to drive thru window. A lady saw me and just pointed, like I’m not dealing with that. Yes they refunded me. But it was ridiculous!

I usually do not have a problem with Sonics food. I tried there salted caramel bites and was disappointed. I only got four and they were small. I also got a chicken ranch wrap and it was delicious.

Well, just got done ordering and making it back to work and am disappointed big time! I ordered a small cheese tot and it didn’t come with hardly any cheese. And I ordered a large dr pepper and it taste like a cherry coke?! The cheese tots is most disappointing. I will not be returning!

I come to this location mostly because it’s only a few blocks away, and I’m pretty forgiving when they mess up my order but it gets to a point where it becomes frustrating. Several times at this location my food wrong, missing, or my drink is wrong. One time it took them three attempts to bring me the correct drink. You can’t get a refund on a mobile order unless you’re at the physical location either.

My experience at this sonic was amazing the car hop was extremely nice the the the food that I ordered was correct I got a Churro shake and It was delightful my experience there would have to be a 10 out of 10 and beautiful view of the sunset
