Have been a DoorDasher for months now. Never had any issues when delivering over 100+ orders from Sonic, with the exception of the location on Robinson in Springdale. Employees have been rude, lazy, and what feels like incompetent. Will not Dash at this location again, and will let others know not to as well.

If they weren’t too busy goofing off when they took orders maybe they would of got my order right this morning. After I placed my order he proceeded to laugh and then asked if I wanted tots. Said “sure.” Anyways leave with my order. It’s just a crossing egg sausage sandwich…. no tots… and I asked for a burrito. Not once did I say sandwich.

Very annoying, ordered chili cheese fries and they gave us chili cheese tots. Had them remake and bring us out the fries, listened to the woman yell about it over the intercom, just to get tots again. The first time is fine, mistakes happen, but seriously you’re going to bring me tots again? Then get an attitude with me when I ask to check on them when this is the THIRD time, I should’ve got the right food the first time. When I finally got my fries, they were upside down and spilling inside the bag. I’ve never dealt with this at any other sonic I’ve been to, honestly this is the worst customer service and experience I’ve ever had at any sonic. I will never come back to this one, hopefully they fire these rude employees and get some good people who can do their job right.

Absolutely the slowest ever. And I’ve had that happen before at this location. I’m done with this one. I’ll go to one of the other locations in town. They play around and laugh and have a good time while ignoring the fact that customers might have something better to do than wait. I was one of 3 vehicles; I had ordered ahead. Three shakes, that’s all. And it seriously took 15 minutes! I watched YouTube once I realized there was going to be a wait, and the first video was 12 minutes; then, I started another before the drinks arrived. 9:00 PM, 3 cars. Really ridiculous.

Ordered ahead online. Order was mostly correct. Was only missing the nerds in the kiddos slush. Ordered tender dinner again. Was a few small strips but they kindly threw in 1 extra piece (without asking) which was extreme appreciated! Great customer service! Gentlemen at the window was kind and courteous. Will def be back!

The one we went to at one time the # 1 in sells in the US. The only thing that was wrong with my order to much salt on my tater tots, but I really don’t like salt. I’ve never had a place put salt on tots.
