Worst burger we’ve ever had at a sonic and when we ordered ice cream they didn’t include m&ms in our M&M blast or the whip topping we paid extra for. When we brought this up the waitress said it wasn’t her problem cause she didn’t make the ice cream. They then put a couple disgusting looking m&ms on top and by then we were so fed up we just left.

The blonde short hair girl was really rude. Didnt get our food till 30 minutes later, said it was on it way and 10 minutes goes by and no one. When we got the food i had told her that we should have to pay since it was so late and she contenuied to say well sorry but you have yo I had to remake you medium shake cause i though ut was a small…..like um what maybe you ahould read the screen in front of you and make our order right. So dissappointed in bellefontes sonic. Terrible service and a rude carhop!

Ordered two drinks at 735 p.m., it is now 802 pm and still doesn’t have drinks. There are three other cars here and one just left. Buzzed in to see where the drinks are, and they said they were bringing them out. 810 and the drinks are here after I approached the door they brought my drinks out. Just horrible customer service all around for a simple 4 dollar two drink order. Very sad when a business can’t handle a few customers

You know, I hate to say this about my hometown Sonic, but it is by far the worst Sonic in North Arkansas. How are you all CONSISTENTLY this much worse than any other Sonic. How do you mess up Cokes?!?! No kiosks actually take payments. Service is miserably slow.

They got the order correct but skimped on the chili and cheese on the footling cheese coney. Also, I usually leave off any lettuce and tomato on any sandwich from a fast food joint because the lettuce is getting brown and the tomatoes, well, let’s just say they aren’t ripe. I forgot to say no lettuce and no tomato on my crispy chicken sandwich. I added pics of the lettuce and tomato. Yuck on that lettuce. And the tomatoes, y’all call these tomato slices?! Service was good, car hop was friendly. I didn’t wait for them to take my order, so they get two stars. The quality of the food was just under par. Oh, and to the Owner, your link to submit more info doesn’t work.
