This is our go to sonic as it is two minutes from our house. We usually only order drinks but decided to get a morning snack. The burrito was burnt and disgusting. Definitely old and microwaved. The quality of food at this sonic seems to be downgrading daily. I am absolutely disgusted. I can’t believe the workers saw this and thought it was OK to send out. U could tell from the outside of the burrito that it was not OK.

This place is a disaster. Food and service is hit and miss at best. Drinks are usually ok by wait time ranges from a couple minutes to over 25 which is a joke. Also the parking lot is terrible.

The location is great if your in the area. The staff were not the friendliest and the manager wasn’t very pleasant when I brought up an issue with their walk up patio ordering station. They have the ordering station numbers on the menu reversed, so when I ordered I was at number 32, and to be able to pay it showed up on number 31. It would confuse customers if they were ordering at both stations at the same time. Order with no ice unless you want to get a half cup of ice with your drink.

The woman who brought out my drinks was unsure on what was what. So, SHE took the time to take them back inside and be sure to tell me what everything is so everyone got what they ordered. Was a big work order drinks.I really appreciate her taking her time to make sure things was right.

Me and my son ordered a couple meals here, there were a few hiccups at first but in the end everything was delicious and amazing, everyone was friendly and the manager was pretty cute as well ☺️ also the food came out quickly. I will definitely return to this location in the near future

I go to Sonic almost every morning for my drink and my coworkers drink. On the days that I order food it is wrong nearly 75% of the time. It’s almost like if ask for something slightly different it just throws them completely off. One of the locations has speakers so loud it will blow your ears off and the other location constantly says they can not hear year and several of the card readers do not work or the screens are blacked out. Our sonics need more care from management. Several others are getting remodeled but ours is failing it’s workers and their ability to do their work.

Last 3 times we’ve come here the Dr Pepper has been terrible. Of course we don’t realize until we’ve already left. Too much trouble to go back, we will just make sure to check before we leave from now on.
